“Worst Omni Ever. No Water for 10 hours. No warning. No real effort to make it write. I didn't know when I booked a 4 star hotel I should ask if running water would be included in the stay... I check in on December 14, 2020 and was promptly notified that the water was shut off and had been since 8:00 AM. The letter stated that I could cancel if I wanted for no charge- how generous- for the inconvenience. I was not sent an email prior, a text message prior, or a phone call prior to check in to let me know water would not be running. So me and the two other guests I booked that night had to live with no water at a 4 star hotel... Once it came back on- it was gross and cold for a long while.”
