“very very very disappointed! It has a pretty good location kind of a nice ambience when you first come in. The food has nice presentation but absolutely lacks love and taste.Zero attention to detail. Was missing cups in the rooms couldn’t seem to get a cup to have a cup of coffee that you can make in your own room. They had some kind of a situation where they had zero warm water could even take a shower!!Noteven a sorry or “this is what we’re gonna do for you”. Absolutely zero attention to customer service. Wynnreally need to open up a hotel here!! there is not even a shuttle from the airport?”
