“My stay was superb at first, everyone at the fronts desk was friendly, housekeepers were wonderful. Amazing food. Location is excellent, rooms were clean, it was easy to catch an Uber/lyft at anytime during my stay with my sister in-law.
Unfortunately I am not giving this hotel a 5 star review because I came across a very rude woman who works at the hotel. I was able to catch her name on her badge and it said Vanessa, she was wearing a suit. Besides having a nasty attitude towards my sister in-law, I was able to witness how she treats other employees and it was far from disturbing, cruel and frankly it doesn’t make me want to come back. I don’t think she knew I spoke English/Spanish but I understood everything she said to her employees as I was leaving the hotel. I wish I could have had the chance to talk to her but I’m writing in hopes that the hotel reconsiders who they put in charge of their staff. I left the hotel extremely disappointed.”

“We travel to DC fairly often and have stayed at several different hotels. So far, this hotel is at the top of my list! Great location and nice area. It felt very intimate, not the normal hustle and bustle feel of a lot of the hotels in DC. Like a hidden gem in the middle of a busy city. Low key but with very high standards. The staff was so very friendly, always helpful and anticipated our needs. Our room had a spa like feel. I'm always picky about the bathrooms and this one did not disappoint. It had plenty of room and an amazing walk in shower complete with a rain forest shower head. Restaurant and bar were very nice as well. Definitely will stay here again.”
