This shouldn't be just a 3 star hotel! Staff are friendly and the rooms are huge. Everything looks modern and clean. Prices aren't as bad either. Y'all should stay here!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure! This shouldn't be just a 3 star hotel! Staff are friendly and the rooms are huge. Everything looks modern and clean. Prices aren't as bad either. Y'all should stay here!

Facilmente o maior e mais agradável quarto de hotel em que nos hospedamos geralmente no Hilton's etc. O banheiro era incrivelmente pequeno em comparação com o tamanho do quarto

Não consigo imaginar as críticas negativas, ou as pessoas que reclamam de um despertador, sem pão no café da manhã, etc. Já fiquei aqui inúmeras vezes a trabalho. Tenho ficado em muitos hotéis em todo o Canadá e o Quattro tem sido meu favorito. Nos últimos 2 meses sempre tive uma sala limpa, serviço agradável de todos os funcionários. Restaurante tem comida fantástica. Mesmo enquanto estou sentado aqui, há uma feira no estacionamento ao lado do hotel, e eu não consigo ouvir nada. A única coisa que eu diria que poderia ser melhor é o tamanho dos banheiros, mas funciona perfeitamente e é isso que importa.

No puedo entender las malas críticas, o las personas que se quejan de un reloj despertador, no pan en el desayuno, etc. Me he alojado aquí innumerables veces por trabajo. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles en Canadá y el Quattro ha sido mi favorito. Durante los últimos 2 meses siempre he tenido una habitación limpia, un servicio agradable por parte de todo el personal. El restaurante tiene comida fantástica. Incluso mientras estoy sentado aquí, hay una feria en el estacionamiento al lado del hotel, y no puedo escucharla en absoluto. Lo único que diría que podría ser mejor es el tamaño de los baños, pero funciona perfectamente y eso es lo que importa.

Easily the biggest and nicest hotel room we've stayed at usually staying at Hilton's etc. the bathroom was incredibly small compared to the size of the room

I cannot fathom the bad reviews, or the people who complain about an alarm clock, no bread at breakfast, etc. Have stayed here countless times for work. I have stayed in many hotels across Canada and the Quattro has been my favourite. Over the last 2 months I have always had a clean room, pleasant service from all staff. Restaurant has fantastic food. Even as I sit here, there is a fair in the parking lot beside the hotel, and I can't hear it at all. The only thing I would say could be better is the size of the bathrooms, but, it functions perfectly and that's what matters.

Ficamos aqui durante a noite por causa do aguaceiro em nosso acampamento. Fomos ao restaurante para o nosso jantar de aniversário. Não foi possível decidir o que queríamos pedir porque tudo parecia tão requintado! Eu pedi o penne de frango com Gorgonzola e meu parceiro pediu o bife de olho de costela. A melhor refeição que comemos em muito tempo! Absolutamente delicioso e o ambiente era muito romântico. Estivemos no hotel desde as 21h até o fechamento. Devo também referir que o nosso servidor foi tão bom !!

Hotel datado e acabamentos, embora os quartos tenham algumas atualizações. O café da manhã incluído era ovos e batatas - sem carnes de qualquer tipo. É enganoso dizer que um "pequeno-almoço quente" está incluído ... e decepcionante. Você pensaria que eles podem estar curiosos para ver o que eu pensei da minha estadia? Não, ninguém perguntou ... bem, aqui está minha opinião de qualquer maneira. Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

Me alojé aquí durante la noche debido al aguacero en nuestro campamento. Fuimos al restaurante para la cena de aniversario. ¡No podía decidir qué queríamos pedir porque todo sonaba tan exquisito! Pedí el penne de pollo con gorgonzola y mi compañero pidió el bife de costilla. ¡La mejor comida que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo! Absolutamente delicioso y el ambiente era muy romántico. Asistimos al hotel desde las 21 horas hasta la hora de cierre. ¡También debo mencionar que nuestro servidor fue tan bueno!

Hotel y acabados anticuados, aunque las habitaciones tienen algunas actualizaciones. El desayuno incluido consistía en huevos y patatas, sin carnes de ningún tipo. Es engañoso decir que se incluye un "desayuno caliente" ... y decepcionante. ¿Pensarías que pueden tener curiosidad por ver lo que pensé de mi estadía? No, nadie preguntó ... bueno, esta es mi opinión de todos modos. Nunca me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Dated hotel and finishes, though the rooms have some updates. The included breakfast was eggs and potatoes - no meats of any kind. Misleading to say a "hot breakfast" is included... and disappointing. You would think they may be curious to see what I thought of my stay? Nope, nobody asked...well, here's my opinion anyway. Will never stay here again.

Stayed here overnight because of the downpour on our campsite. We went to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Couldn’t decide what we wanted to order because everything sounded so exquisite! I ordered the chicken penne with Gorgonzola and my partner ordered the rib eye steak. Best meal we’ve had in a long time! Absolutely delicious and the ambience was very romantic. We attended the hotel from 9 pm to closing time. I should also mention our server was so great!!

Muito obrigado equipe Quattro. Esta segunda estadia foi absolutamente melhor do que o nosso primeiro! Pessoal muito cortês, profissional e útil. Desde o momento de fazer a reserva até o check-out, a equipe do Quattro foi atenciosa e cortês. No check-in, ocorreu um atraso no processamento da transação e o representante da recepção teve a gentileza de fornecer opções alternativas adequadas. O quarto estava limpo e todos os protocolos exigidos foram seguidos para garantir que os funcionários e os hóspedes fossem mantidos em segurança dentro e fora do edifício durante as restrições.

Muchas gracias equipo Quattro. ¡Esta segunda estancia fue absolutamente mejor que la primera! Personal muy cortés, profesional y servicial. Desde el momento de hacer la reserva hasta el check out, el equipo de Quattro fue servicial y cortés. En el momento del check-in, hubo un retraso en el proceso de la transacción y el representante de la recepción fue amable al proporcionar opciones alternativas adecuadas. La habitación estaba limpia y se siguió todo el protocolo requerido para garantizar que el personal y los huéspedes estuvieran seguros dentro y fuera del edificio durante las restricciones.

Thank you very much Quattro team. This 2nd stay was absolutely better than our first! Very courteous, professional & helpful staff. From the time of making the reservation to checking out, the Quattro team were helpful and courteous. At check-in, there was a delay process the transaction and the front desk representative was gracious to provide suitable alternative options. Room was clean and all required protocol was followed to ensure staff and guests were kept safe in and outside the building during the restrictions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Quattro hotel. The whole experience was way above my expectations based on the price paid. Clean, well decorated and equipped, spacious room, comfortable king size bed, modern and convenient washroom, what else a traveler need? All Covid related safety precautions are in place and friendly staff makes everything easy. On top of that, great dine-in experience in the hotel's restaurant converted a simple overnight stay into a celebratory experience. Recommended!

We booked online not knowing it was going to be this fantastic. We stopped in on our way up to Thunder Bay. Staff, room, prices, everything was great. After Thunder Bay we ended up booking a night there on the way home.

Edit: Had to lower my rating after staying the night and discovering long black hairs in the bed and shower. Also apparently prices were lowered due to lack of breakfast,hot tub, pool being understandably not available (and also not serving draft beer) but the price per night for the remaining and lack of rigorous cleaning during covid is both steep and ironic. This place could be awesome with better cleaning and improved hallways and carpets (dark and dingy). Clean, spacious room (double queen suite) Patio out back is a hidden gem!

Booked a suite with 2 queens and separate living/kitchen area as we passed through S.S. Marie twice on a round trip. Our first experience was good, room seemed very clean, spacious, furnishings appeared relatively new but the hallways/stairwells were filthy. The stairs are a main path from car to room, it desperately needs a vacuum, shampoo and walls washed, especially now during covid. The same brown drips running down the stairwell walls greeted us on our return stay 5 days later. On the second stay the room was not as well cleaned, little bits of stuff on the floors/carpet made us wonder if it had even been vacuumed. Doors and walls needed wiping, it needed better dusting everywhere. Overall a mediocre experience the second time around.
