“Stayed here for my Birthday, the room was amazing. I booked a city view suite but still have lovely views of the harbour too. The room was very clean, the staff left a bottle of wine & cake in my room with a lovely note for my birthday which was so sweet!
The receptionist staff were a bit rude on check in and there was a time where we had been locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes because there scanner wasn’t working to get back in but had nobody on the desk to let people in. There was more than just my room locked out aswell. And staff didn’t seem to care when they noticed us out there
Other than that it was a lovely stay and would love to stay again and hopefully not have the same issues!!”

“The hospitality industry in Australia is currently struggling to find staff. You can feel it everywhere you go. Breakfast was served after an hour waiting, but you could tell the staff here were still doing their utmost best and serving very professionally and always with a smile. They were as accommodating as they could have been. One told me that they have just half the number of staff they used to. The food was really nice as well.”
