Great location! Just a quick walk from Circular Quay train station & Overseas Passenger Terminal. Easy online checkin & the customer service from front of house staff was friendly & helpful. Appreciated the dining & shopping recommendations from Nick. The room was well appointed & the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Fantastic views! Look forward to staying here again!

The hospitality industry in Australia is currently struggling to find staff. You can feel it everywhere you go. Breakfast was served after an hour waiting, but you could tell the staff here were still doing their utmost best and serving very professionally and always with a smile. They were as accommodating as they could have been. One told me that they have just half the number of staff they used to. The food was really nice as well.

Stayed here for four days in a double suite. The views from the living room were amazing. Room was excellent and the staff was friendly, competent and very responsive. Breakfast was good though on a couple of days they must have been understaffed as they were a bit slow and confused. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse. The view is amazing 👏 😍 Large rooms. Though paying top dollar you would expect great, clean finishes. Main ensuite shower had mould round the shower, the shower nozzle virtual fell straight down the wall so you had to nearly cuddle the wall to get wet. The kitchen windows that opens was full of mould and dust, this looked disgusting. Beds were very comfy. Air-conditioning was hard to work out as it was an old school system. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast so we had to use room service. Everything came up stone cold and no butter for the toast. The $50 extra for breakfast may of been great at the restaurant but when it's only room service, you are only allowed one dish and one drink which is not very filling. Better to use money and walk outside to a Cafe where your money is better spent. The view though OMG this is the only reason you stay here !!! The Pool area is absolutely stunning. Being in the penthouse you get to use the private pool. There are two pool, one for the hotel guests where it was very busy and the other is for the penthouses to use which we had to ourselves.

Stayed here for my Birthday, the room was amazing. I booked a city view suite but still have lovely views of the harbour too. The room was very clean, the staff left a bottle of wine & cake in my room with a lovely note for my birthday which was so sweet! The receptionist staff were a bit rude on check in and there was a time where we had been locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes because there scanner wasn’t working to get back in but had nobody on the desk to let people in. There was more than just my room locked out aswell. And staff didn’t seem to care when they noticed us out there Other than that it was a lovely stay and would love to stay again and hopefully not have the same issues!!
