“Very bad service over all. The front desk doesn’t pick up calls (even the emergency line!) which is shocking for a five star hotel. Not to mention the malfunctioning heater in the shower: I had to shower in tepid water which was extremely unpleasant. Definitely unworthy of its reputation and price so please don’t waste your money here.”
