Este hotel está em um estado de grande ruína. Havia um odor de mofo ao entrar no saguão. Numerosas áreas que mostravam vazamento de água, uma área tinha água drenando para um grande balde que não estava vazio há vários dias ou mais. Janelas sujas, cortinas manchadas e lixo deixado nos poços das escadas. Tivemos que pegar nossas próprias toalhas e lenços de papel na recepção. A maior parte da roupa é velha e bem usada.. Tive que reprogramar os cartões-chave duas vezes. O café da manhã era satisfatório e a cama era confortável. Não recomendaria este hotel.

This hotel is in a state of major disrepair. There was a musty odor on entering the lobby.. Numerous areas that showed water leakage, one area had water draining into a large bucket that had not been empty in several days or longer. Dirty windows, stained curtains and trash left in the stair wells. We had to get our own towels and tissue at the front desk. Most of the linen is old and well used.. Had to have key cards reprogramed twice as well. Breakfast was satisfactory and the bed was comfortable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Black mold everywhere. This place should be condemn, roof leaking, black mold in the bathroom and the building falling apart. In most states, cities and counties inspectors would have closed this place. The first night we arrived the smell of weed in the hallway on the first floor made you sick. While walking the weed smoke fogged hallway, you have to stumble over the hotel bedding sheets that lined the path to our room. The price looks good and you would think that the Ramada by Wyndham would be a reasonable place to stay with some standards, not it place. You would be better-off sleeping in your car.

Este hotel foi chocantemente terrível. A primeira impressão foi um estacionamento com mais buracos do que pavimentação. O gesso do lado de fora do prédio está rachado, manchado de água e sujo. O lobby da frente é antigo e datado. Os tapetes nos corredores estavam manchados, gastos e malcheirosos. Todos os corredores cheiravam a cigarros velhos. Havia vários vazamentos de água nos corredores, alguns dos quais estavam sendo capturados por lonas e drenados por mangueiras em baldes. O sofá-cama em nosso quarto tinha um colchão fino e elástico e foram necessárias 3 viagens até a recepção para obter alguma roupa de cama (que estava desgastada e manchada) Havia um forro de calcinha preso na parte de trás da porta do banheiro e a banheira estava manchado de marrom. As cortinas estavam sujas e caindo em alguns lugares. Estávamos reservados para 2 noites, mas cancelamos a segunda noite quando vimos o estado do local. Este local deve ser fechado até que possa ser reparado e atualizado.

This hotel was shockingly terrible. First impression was a parking lot with more holes than pavement. Plaster on the outside of the building is cracked, water stained and dirty. Front lobby is old and dated. The carpets in the halls were stained, worn and smelly. All the halls smelled like stale cigarettes. There were multiple water leaks in the hallways some of which were being caught by tarps and drained by hoses into buckets. The pullout couch in our room had a thin, springy mattress and it took 3 trips to the front desk to get some bedding (which itself was worn and stained) There was a panty liner stuck to the back of the bathroom door and the tub was stained brown. The curtains were grubby and falling down in places. We were booked for 2 nights but canceled the second night when we saw the state of the place. This place should be closed until it can be repaired and updated.

This hotel is 0 stars!!! Absolutely disgustingly filthy broken down hotel. The whole place reeked of pot and God knows what else, curtains falling off the hooks in the room, no smoke detector, huge water stains on the ceiling. The hall ways also extremely filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very dis satisfied not worth $50 let alone the $100 we paid!!!!!

Primeiro quarto que me deram O banheiro estava entupido e os lençóis não estavam limpos, o telefone não funcionou para ligar para o escritório principal, apenas um cara correndo como uma galinha com a cabeça cortada (o que ele acabou sendo muito legal. Ele veio a cada pergunta e necessidade que eu precisava). O segundo quarto que ele me deu o aquecedor/ar condicionado não funcionou. Embora a piscina não tivesse toalhas, tive que solicitar as duas vezes usando a piscina para que o banheiro fosse desbloqueado. A condição do edifício é absolutamente mórbida. Está tudo mofado. Está tudo pendurado, quebrado e degradado. Eu nem acredito que deveria estar funcionando. O edifício provavelmente deveria ser demolido e recriado. Uma hora antes eu saí com um monte de reclamações e nenhum dos representantes foi receptivo a elas nem os atendeu e mudou a experiência. Na verdade, um indicou que eu estava certo que ele não dá a mínima para o prédio nem dá a mínima para mim (homem branco, óculos, cabelos loiros compridos e sujos, esbelta) nunca mais voltarei aqui e gastarei nem um dólar ou um centavo neste lugar. Fui lá sentindo que era um lugar especial e saí de lá sentindo que o prédio deveria ser condenado e demolido, mas fechado com certeza. Bom trabalho! Ramada Imn porque você conhece uma pessoa que não gosta do seu lugar e tem um gosto ruim na boca apenas leva mais pessoas a ouvir e ver esta revisão e meus amigos e familiares ouvindo como minha estadia foi absolutamente horrível minha estadia foi das 15h de sábado a domingo às 11h. Também gostaria de acrescentar que minha chave parou de funcionar uma hora antes das 11:00 e, infelizmente, sinto que isso foi intencional devido às minhas reclamações e à recepcionista não receptiva que você teve lá. Há também uma porta na entrada 7 que é acessível a quem quiser entrar em seu prédio. A porta não tranca, mas ainda há nossos sinais informando que você precisa de uma chave para obtê-la.Entrarei em contato com as pessoas apropriadas, mas este lugar vai ser denunciado. Para corporativos e para códigos. Obrigado por pelo menos ter a piscina e com a quantidade de cloro eu sabia que aquele era pelo menos o lugar mais limpo para meus filhos estarem. A mulher treinando na mesa foi muito legal no final, além de entender minhas frustrações. Eu esperava que hoje trouxesse um melhor atendimento ao cliente e um bom café da manhã, mas mesmo isso era pedir demais. Eu nunca vou voltar lá e vou garantir que meus entes queridos também nunca voltem para lá.

First room they gave me The toilet was clogged and the sheets were not clean, phone did not work to call the main office, only one guy running around like a chicken with his head cut off( which he turned out to be very nice. He came to every question and need I needed) . The second room he gave me the heater/ air conditioner did not work. Although the pool had no towels, I had to request both times using the pool for the bathroom to be unlocked. The condition of the building is absolutely morbid. It is all moldy. It is all hanging and broken and run down. I don't even believe that it should be up and running. The building should probably be torn down and recreated. A hour before I left with a bunch of complaints and none of the representatives were receptive to them nor did they customer service them and turn the experience around. Actually, one indicated that I was correct that he does not give a bleep about the building nor does he give a bleep about me( white man, glasses, long dirty blond hair, slender)I will never ever return here and spend even a dollar or a penny at this place. I went there feeling like it was a special place and left there feeling like the building should be condemned and torn down, but shut down for sure . Good job! Ramada Imn because you know one person not liking your place and having a bad taste in their mouth just leads to more people hearing and seeing this review and my friends and family hearing how my stay was absolutely horrible my stay was from 3pm on Saturday to Sunday at 11 am. I would also like to add that my key stopped working a hour before 11:00 and unfortunately I feel like that was intentional due to my complaints and the non-receptive receptionist that you had there. There's also a door on entrance 7 that is accessible to whomever wants to come into your building. The door does not lock but yet there our signs stating you need a key to get it.I'll be contacting the proper people but this place is going to get reported. To corporate and to codes.Thanks for at least having the pool and with the amount of chlorine I knew that that was at least the cleanest place for my children to be. The woman training at the desk was very nice at the end as well understamdimg my frustrations.I was hoping today would have brought better customer service and a good breakfast but even that was too much to ask for . I will never return there and I will make sure my loved ones never return there either.

A piscina era ok e as camas eram boas, mas o próprio hotel é apenas .... bruto. A primeira vez que fiquei em algum lugar sem ler comentários e definitivamente me arrependi. Há manchas em todos os lugares, teto vazando nos corredores, REAKS de fumaça (erva e cigarros) mesmo em nosso quarto que era obviamente um quarto livre de fumo. O café da manhã era bom, mas a única opção para comida quente era panquecas e a máquina não estava funcionando. O hotel está muito desatualizado e deve honestamente ser fechado, limpo com muita manutenção e depois reaberto. O cavalheiro mais velho que nos registrou foi muito simpático e acolhedor (fornecido papel higiênico desde que nosso quarto estava quase acabando quando fizemos o check-in e lençóis para o sofá-cama desde que não havia nenhum) que foi apreciado. Nós não ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Enquanto o quarto em que eu estava hospedado não era horrível, havia formigas no banheiro vindo de quem sabe de onde. O piso da banheira era desagradável e parecia viscoso quando a água estava ligada. O hotel, no entanto, é nojento. Danos causados ​​​​pela água em todo o lugar! The pool was okay and beds were fine but the hotel itself is just....gross. The first time I stayed somewhere without reading reviews and I definitely regretted it. There are stains everywhere, ceiling leaking in the hallways, REAKS of smoke (weed and cigarettes) even in our room that was obviously a smoke free room. The breakfast was okay but the one option for warm food was pancakes and the machine wasn't working. The hotel is just very outdated and should honestly be shut down, deep cleaned with a lot of maintenance and then reopened. The older gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating (provided toilet paper since our room was almost out when we checked in and sheets for the pull out bed since there were none) which was appreciated. We would not stay here again though.

While the room I was staying in wasn’t awful, there were ants in the bathroom coming from who knows where. The tub floor was nasty and felt slimy when the water was on. The hotel however is disgusting. Water damage all over the place! There are buckets all over filled with dirty water dripping from the ceiling. The carpets were soaked in some areas. Ceiling tiles were missing, the wall and ceiling by the staircase was so disgusting and possibly moldy from the water! There was a disgustingly strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway too. This place needs some serious work!

Horrível desde o momento em que verificamos até sairmos. O havia vazamentos no teto com baldes de lixo sob os vazamentos Tudo cheirava a fumaça, as toalhas do banheiro pareciam manchadas de amarelo 🤮. Tentamos usar a academia e fomos informados de que havia um problema de segurança na piscina para descobrir que a barra de empurrar na porta estava quebrada, então alguém teria que nos deixar entrar e sair e o homem na recepção disse que não podia sair a área da escrivaninha. Horrible from the time we checked until we left.The was leaks in the ceiling with garbage pails under the leaks Everything smelled like smoke, the towels in the bathroom looked yellow stained 🤮.We tried to use the gym and were told there was a safety issue in the pool come to find out the push bar on the door was broke so someone would have to let us in and out and the man at the desk said he could not leave the desk area.Then our key would not keys us in 3 times we had to have it reprogrammed and I was told it was a time difference in the system .I would not waste my money on this place there are a bunch of hotels around this one that looked better

El personal fue cordial y amigable, las habitaciones son ok pero el piso del baño estaba sucio, la puerta trasera del hotel no cerraba (cualquiera puede entrar al hotel sin ser visto) y las puertas de los cuartos (el mío y otra persona) tienen malas cerraduras. Por los 62.00 no fue mala estadía, las habitaciones son decentes y la localidad es tranquila. El bar tiene comida decente pero no mucha variedad, el bar tiene una mesa de pool y piscina interna
