“Terrible experience. My room was extremely dirty, food mashed into the carpet, bathroom was extremely dirty, toilet not clean, looks like someone just left and nobody came in and cleaned the room. When I told the front desk, he became rude, very confrontational and hostile... Avoid at all cost!!!! I would rather sleep in my car! Not to mention the hallway smelled like a zoo and dogs that were in the hotel barked all night!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible do not come here!!!!!! You have been warned.”

“If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. I WENT HOME WITH BED BUGS. I planned to stay 2 nights and they were the worst 2 nights of my life. When we first arrived the night shift lady was extremely rude and acted as if I was rude to her. I've never been in a hotel as nasty and dissatisfying as this one in my life. The first night , I woke up covered in bed bug bites and after transferring to a new floor and room the next morning , ... i still woke up with bed bug bites the morning after and in my second room the Television didn't work either so , it was either bed bugs or No tv or both... ! The Indian " management" was not nice nor understanding about the situation at all. He acted as if it was normal . This hotel needs to be shut down and burned down. No way you go on vacation and expect to be taken care of and after this experience at this hotel I will forever be tramuratize about which hotels I go too. and please don't get me started on the breakfast, it was either oatmeal , cereal , or waffles...and the biscuits that they did have ... had mold on them... like I said burned down to the ground. I was also was suppose to receive my payment back and still havent . Never been so angered and disappointed in my life.”
