Este hotel é INCRÍVEL!A equipe aqui é provavelmente o melhor serviço ao cliente que já recebi. Eles estavam lá a seu pedido imediato para qualquer coisa que você precisasse. Sempre com um sorriso no rosto, ansiosos para ajudar e indo além para ajudar.O hotel tem uma vista soberba, especialmente do edifício atualizado. O pôr do sol/nascer do sol foi simplesmente de tirar o fôlego. Há uma enorme piscina de borda infinita que sangra no horizonte. Você pode passear e mergulhar na vista por horas. Os quartos eram bons, grandes e super confortáveis.As opções de comida são incríveis. Eu viajo muito, e as opções de café da manhã aqui foram ótimas e entre as melhores que qualquer hotel poderia oferecer. Tudo foi feito na hora, e delicioso. O jantar também foi muito bom.O edifício pode usar um pouco de atualização aqui e ali, mas nada de grande preocupação. Se você pode dar ao luxo de ficar lá ... por favor. Você vai desfrutar de cada pedacinho disso.

This hotel is AWESOME! The staff here is probably the best customer service I have ever received. They were there at your immediate request for anything you required. Always had a smile on their faces, was eager to help, and went above and beyond to assist. The hotel has a superb view, especially from the upgraded building. The sunset/Sunrise was just breath taking. There is a massive infinity edge pool that bleeds into the skyline. You can waddle around and soak in the view for hours. The rooms were nice, large, and super comfortable. The food options are incredible. I travel a lot, and the breakfast options here was just great and among the best any hotel could offer. Everything was freshly made, and delicious. Dinner was also pretty darn good. The building can use a little updating here and there, but nothing of major concern. If you can afford to stay there....please do. You will enjoy every bit of it.

Not exactly on the edge of cliff, but the view is superb. Also the Chef!! They have an excellent Seafood All You Can Eat. Never taste like that 😊 omg the chef, i like the food. Quality of room is average compare to The Westin, but view and the area is spacious. Very huge resort with 3 pools.

Perfect for relaxing! The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was awesome. Buffet breakfast was the best one we experienced in Bali. The bar makes great coffees and Daiquiris. Huge pool with an epic view. Plus there's a smaller pool on the lower level which is a bit quieter. We ate dinner twice at the Indonesian restaurant. Food and service was excellent.

This resort is incredible! It’s beautifully decorated, the food was so good, and the employees are amazing ! You won’t regret staying here. It was a great start to our vacation here in Bali. I will definitely return in the future! Suci and Agung were so amazing ! Thank you Renaissance Bali!

I was there for 3 days and 2 nights. The first time I came there, the hotel looks great, clean also has beautiful view. Feeling like you can see everything around, The forest is quite great and green. My bed was really comfy, the room complete with mineral water four bottles, lotion, shampoo, conditioner also face wash as well. You can find an iron and the table just incase if you need it. The breakfast was so perfect, you can have Indonesian food, beverages, halal and non halal food as well. The view of this hotel is really good. Recommended for you if you want to stay comfortable and peaceful. But one thing, is quite far from market or store. So you need to rent a motorbike or using online transportation

One of the BEST hotels in the world hands down .... the service and workers are amazing literally 6 out of 5 stars for me cause it was that good management and staff are so kind and helpful.... safe taxis can be called at your request .... also best part when u leave the hotel you can book separate a departure room for one hour prior to you booking out at 12pm meaning you can stay around the hotel use the pool and the lounge has a SHOWER for the 31 degree plus weather .... highly recommended and worth every pretty penny in your Gucci bag

Primeira vez hospedado no Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort, imediatamente por 4 noites, porque houve um treinamento completo de 3 dias no escritório. A localização é um pouco remota, para chegar ao minimercado mais próximo é preciso uma distância de pelo menos quase 2KM. Ao caminhar, percebi que este lugar é muito espaçoso e tem potencial para se perder por causa das muitas alas e andares.Uma vez no quarto, acabou por ser muito confortável. A internet é bem rápida, bastante adequada para videoconferência. Mesmo na sala de reuniões, não tivemos problemas em manter a conexão por videochamada com a sede em Jacarta.Não há queixas sobre a comida, desde coffee breaks até jantar e café da manhã tudo é delicioso, o mais recomendado é o donut de morango. Para os não-muçulmanos podem ficar tentados pelo ovo bento servido com bacon (carne de porco). mas se você quiser halal, eles estão dispostos a fazer pedidos personalizados mesmo para vegetarianos. perfeito!A piscina é espaçosa, com vista para a piscina infinita, e há também uma piscina no piso inferior para a ala mais distante. a água é clara e limpa, o teor de água é mantido e a temperatura é adequada, é muito divertido brincar na água aqui.A academia é 24 horas, bastante completa, inclusive para 6 pessoas em esteira ao mesmo tempo. o que precisa ser reparado é o quarto das crianças, porque parece despenteado e escuro. talvez devido a pandemia e a falta de crianças que queiram brincar naquele lugar.E a experiência inesquecível foi porque tivemos o primeiro dia de jejum no hotel. eles ficam felizes em enviar mensagens via whatsapp para pedir detalhes sobre a comida que querem comer ao amanhecer, até oferecem pax extra para crianças..Acordamos bem na hora do nosso sahur, obrigado Bli Ngurah e um de seus amigos que se deram ao trabalho de trazer dois homens grandes e bonitos cheios de comida para três pessoas.Por fim, havia itens deixados no quarto quando fizemos o check-out. Quando entramos em contato por telefone, o hotel imediatamente coordenou através do número do whatsapp e conseguimos enviar um mensageiro e foi bem coordenado pela equipe do Renaissance.Foi uma experiência muito agradável poder ficar 4 noites no Renaissance. Espero que da próxima vez eu possa realizar um evento de escritório ou férias lá novamente. Saudações à Sra. Dayu, que também é muito útil para nós.

we visited this hotel on April 2, 2022. came to relax for the weekend. We really enjoyed. in the evening there was an amazing wine evening, the manager Xenia was very kind, suggested the best place for the sunset, the bestsellers of the menu. In the morning I visited the gym, where there are a lot of exercise equipment, cold towels, water and amazing views. We also really liked the breakfast. ordered detox drinks, avocado toast, salads, coffee and tea, fruit, everything was delicious. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful service, we had a very good rest.

Eu e minha esposa tivemos nosso casamento aqui, continuamos com nossa curta lua de mel.Tudo foi ótimo, o quarto era muito limpo e bem projetado; a comida era deliciosa, e a vista era surpreendente. A capela também era agradável. Um agradecimento especial à Sra. Melisa da Renaissance, pois ela foi muito simpática e prestativa, todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos nos mínimos detalhes.Definitivamente uma grande experiência e memória. Mi esposa y yo tuvimos nuestra boda aquí, continuamos con nuestra corta luna de miel.Todo estuvo genial, la habitación estaba muy limpia y bien diseñada; la comida era deliciosa, y la vista era asombrosa. La capilla también era agradable. Un agradecimiento especial a la Sra. Melisa de Renaissance, ya que fue muy amable y servicial, todas nuestras solicitudes fueron atendidas hasta el más mínimo detalle.Sin duda una gran experiencia y recuerdo. Definitivamente regresaremos para nuestro próximo viaje. Le daré a esta revisión 10 estrellas si es posible.

Me and my wife had our wedding here, continued with our short honeymoon.Everything was great, room was very clean and well designed; food was delicious, and the view was astonishing. The chapel was also nice. Special thanks to Ms. Melisa from Renaissance, as she was really nice and helpful, all of our requests were tended to the smallest details.Definitely a great experience and memory. Will definitely come back for our next trip. Will give this review 10 stars if it's possible.

We have a very pleasant stay here. Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is mouth watering and scrumptious. The swimming pool has normal temperature (not cold, not warm, but just fine) so when you enter the pool, no body temperature adaptation is needed.
