“Overall the hotel is very nice and in such a good location. I was honored to get an executive suite facing the harbour and the city (room 938 I believe) and it was such a great view. I also left my charger at home unfortunately and the sweet lady at the front desk loaned me hers for about an hour. It truly meant a lot she did that. Thank you for the great experience.”

“Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn't the cleanest. The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful. She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better. The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day. Without Crystal's help I can honestly say we wouldn't have stayed. Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal. She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family.”
