“They do NOTHING for Ambassadors NOTHING! no waters, no welcome bag NOTHING! The franchisee of this place is CHEAP! I made a 12 day reservation late November 2022 and cancelled it as I was checking in. I ask the girl at the front desk for a couple of waters and she said I would have to pay for them as she already gave me points as my welcome gift. I booked it for another 12 days Jan 2023 know I wasn't going to get treated like an Ambassador should (my mistake again!). Checked in last night got up this morning and NO COFFEE in the room. Got to looking and didn't give any liquid dish soap for the sink. Every other residence inn has these staples. HORRIBLE!! Parking is a public garage that you have to pay for everytime you come in and out of. If I can find another place I'm out of here! If the owner wants to reach out to me that would be fine but being as cheap as he is I highly doubt it. So I decided to stick it out here because it's so close to where I'm working. Well I should have left. Cleaning I ONLY once a week. All they did was change my sheets and give me fresh towels. They left empty bottles of water and a packers of dish soap on the counter. DID NOT TOUCH the kitchen. Not even a new dish towel. Disgusting! There are plenty of other places to stay. Go somewhere else!!!!”

“I would not recommend this hotel. For a brand aimed at extended stays, there are so many better options. The “living space” seating was unproductive and unbearably uncomfortable - what was supposed to be a full couch was only a love seat, defeating the whole point of getting the one bedroom suite (for separate spaces). I’ve stayed in Garden Inns with comfort seating arrangements . The gym was laughable. Housekeeping came only once a week, and yet they still showed up at 4pm, at the end of the work day. The hotel was seriously lacking amenities. We ended our 30 day stay early because staying there (with a full size fridge and stove top) wasn’t worth the lack of amenities, support or the half Bonvoy points. Weren’t even offered a welcome gift as Titanium Location wasn’t terrible but not great. Only stay at this location if you truly truly truly care about being right downtown AND the stove top, other wise go elsewhere Staff also not helpful”
