I am really impressed with this gem of a hotel. Customer service at the desk was excellent, fast and smooth. Hotel is within walking distance of all the great food options in old town Pasadena. And the room is awesome. Large space all new and modern with a full kitchen, a lounge couch, huge TV, very nice bathroom and they even give instructions on how to operate the thermostat! Lol. Love it here I’ll definitely be back!

O que é bom: a recepção é amigável. Eles atenderam aos nossos vários pedidos à meia-noite, então isso é definitivamente uma vantagem. O que não é bom: o isolamento acústico é muito fraco. Nos quartos voltados para a rodovia, fomos constantemente incomodados pelo barulho do tráfego que tivemos que mudar para outro quarto. O segundo quarto tem o que você pode ver na imagem (sem usar a pia da cozinha). Eu tive que refazer minha bagagem com medo de transbordar de esgoto enquanto estamos dormindo pode encharcar minhas roupas e eletrônicos. No geral, bastante decepcionado e não recomendaria a ninguém.

What’s good: front desk is friendly. They attended to our multiple requests midnight so that’s definitely a plus. What’s not good: sound insulation is toooo weak. In rooms facing the highway we were constantly bothered by traffic noise that we had to move to another room. Second room has what you can see from the image (without using kitchen sink at all). I had to repack my luggage in fear of sewage overflow while we’re asleep may soak my clothes and electronics. Overall quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all.

Eu já fiquei neste estabelecimento duas vezes (pré-Covid) e fiquei muito satisfeito. Nesta visita, descobri que o hotel é mais uma coleção de pequenos quartos do Airbnb do que um hotel. Não há serviço de limpeza a menos que solicitado a cada dia e mesmo assim é mínimo. Achei a equipe despreocupada quando os problemas ocorriam e a resolução dos problemas estava além de sua capacidade de resolver. Quando descobri que o dispensador de lavagem do corpo estava vazio (no meio do banho), relatei ao recepcionista na manhã seguinte e me disseram que iriam remediar. Quando voltei para o meu quarto naquela noite, encontrei um frasco de gel de banho no balcão da cozinha, o recipiente vazio do chuveiro intocado. Pedir toalhas limpas resultou na mesma resposta arrogante - deixada no balcão da cozinha. Minha cama estava intacta durante toda a minha estadia. Era como se os funcionários do hotel simplesmente não se incomodassem em fazer o esforço. Por quase US$ 400 por noite, eu esperava um serviço um pouco melhor do que um motel de beira de estrada. Eu não vou voltar.

Os quartos eram de bom tamanho e eu gostava de ter uma cozinha com um frigorífico convencional. O único problema foi o nosso quarto voltado para a rua e havia um pouco de ruído do tráfego durante o dia. Felizmente não era ruim à noite. A localização era ótima para caminhar até a Cidade Velha de Pasadena.

I've previously stayed at this property twice (pre-Covid) and was very satisfied. This visit, I found the hotel is more like a collection of small Airbnb rooms than a hotel. There is no maid service unless requested each day and even then it is minimal. I found the staff unconcerned when problems occurred and the resolution of problems was beyond their ability to resolve. When I found the that the body wash dispenser was empty (mid-shower) I reported it to the desk clerk the following morning and was told they would remedy it. When I returned to my room that night I found a bottle of shower gel on the counter in the kitchen, the empty shower container untouched. Asking for fresh towels resulted in the same cavalier response - left on the kitchen counter. My bed was untouched my entire stay. It was like the hotel staff simply couldn't be bothered to make the effort. For nearly $400 a night I had hoped for service a bit better than a roadside motel. I will not be returning.

The rooms were good sized and I liked having a kitchen with a full-sized fridge. The only problem was our room faced the street and there was quite a bit of traffic noise during the day. Luckily it wasn't bad at night. The location was great for walking to Old Town Pasadena.

Equipe amigável. Boa segurança. Ótima localização perto o suficiente do centro de atividades, mas longe o suficiente para evitar excesso de ruído. Bom café da manhã incluso. Tem o 1 quarto no segundo andar de fácil acesso à piscina, área de lazer, lounge ao ar livre, academia e lavanderia.

Ficamos ontem à noite, usando uma noite grátis com nossos pontos Bonvoy. Boa localização perto da rodovia e muitos restaurantes para caminhar. O nosso quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Nice área de cozinha com aparelhos de trabalho. OBRIGADO por ser amigo do cão. Nosso cachorro se adaptou bem e os funcionários foram muito legais com ele (e conosco!). Até lhe deu um mimo na recepção.O café da manhã era muito bom e há áreas agradáveis para sentar. A senhora que trabalhava naquela área naquela manhã foi super amigável e garantiu que todos estivessem bem. Ela é demais!Apenas reclamações: • o termostato estava um pouco confuso. Mesmo com instruções. Conseguimos funcionar, mas era muito pouca força para resfriar a sala. - o café da manhã terminou um pouco mais cedo. (9 horas da manhã) - sofá-cama era muito desconfortável. Também ouvimos reclamações de outros hóspedes sobre isso.

Friendly staff. Good security. Great location close enough to the center of activities but far enough away to avoid excess noise. Good breakfast included. Got the 1 bedroom on second floor easy access to pool, play area, outdoor lounge, gym and laundry room.

We stayed last night, using a free night with our Bonvoy points. Good location near freeway and plenty of restaurants to walk to. Our room was clean and spacious. Nice kitchen area with working appliances. THANK YOU for being dog friendly. Our dog adjusted nicely and the employees were very nice to him (and us!). Even gave him a treat at the front desk. The breakfast was very good and there’s nice areas to sit. The lady working that area that morning was super friendly and made sure everyone was doing well. She’s awesome! Only complaints: • thermostat was a bit confusing. Even with instructions. We got it working but it was very low strength to cool the room. - breakfast ended a bit early. (9am) - pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. We also heard other guests complaint about it.

Este Residence Inn em Pasadena é um bom hotel para estadias curtas e prolongadas. O quarto em que ficamos era limpo e não tive problemas com isso. A equipe foi agradável e acolhedora com os pedidos que você possa ter. O café da manhã ainda é um tipo de café da manhã "pegue e leve" devido ao COVID, mas eles têm aveia pronta com todas as coberturas que você deseja, o que é ótimo. O jogo de xadrez gigante no local é bastante divertido de se jogar e a piscina é típica de uma piscina do Residence Inn - que fica ao ar livre, 2º andar.Ao todo, uma estadia agradável e definitivamente voltarei a visitar.

This Residence Inn in Pasadena is a nice hotel for both short and extended stays. The room that we stayed in was clean and had no issues with it. The staff were nice and accommodating with requests that you may have. The breakfast is still a "grab and go" type of breakfast due to COVID but they do have ready-made oatmeal with all the toppings you want, which is great. The giant chess set on site is rather fun to play with and the pool is typical of a Residence Inn pool - which is located outdoors, 2nd floor.All in all, a nice stay and will definitely be back to visit.
