“I love Marriott and have been loyal for over 25 years of business and travel but this was a disappointment. Rude staff on checking in. Said my mobile app Marriott status was wrong. People waiting for rooms, while staff sat back and laughed at front desk. No ETAs of room check-in availability even though we were way past published check-in time. Cleanliness lacking. For a newer property not well maintained and poorly light parking lot. Not certain about my future with Marriott this was so awful. My apologies to anyone who may come through town during an event or if there is any significant occupancy because they don’t make an effort to meet Marriott standards.”

“Nice rooms and friendly helpful staff. We had a large group and really enjoyed the breakfast and lobby space. I gave the location 3 stars because the driveway is confusing and the sign is not illuminated.”
