Excellent hotel. Very close to city central area. Well maintained. Most staff not aware of English apart from the reception. Breakfast is decent enough.

Boa localização do hotel, tudo está a uma curta distância. A rede hoteleira é muito procurada pela população local, e não só pelos visitantes, pelo que os quartos parecem cansados. Mas há uma categoria interessante de quartos para hóspedes com uma longa estadia - quartos com cozinha e fogão. Porque É muito caro comer no hotel, então você pode cozinhar sozinho e no seu quarto. O serviço do hotel é bom, todos os pedidos são processados rapidamente. Um foyer muito bonito e funcional no hotel, onde você pode realizar reuniões ou negociações com segurança. Buena ubicación del hotel, todo está a poca distancia. La cadena hotelera tiene una gran demanda entre la población local, y no solo entre los visitantes, por lo que las habitaciones lucen desgastadas. Pero hay una categoría interesante de habitaciones para huéspedes con una estadía prolongada: habitaciones con juego de cocina y estufa. Porque Es bastante caro comer en el hotel, por lo que puedes cocinar solo y en tu habitación. El servicio del hotel es bueno, todas las solicitudes se procesan rápidamente. Un vestíbulo muy bonito y funcional en el hotel, puede celebrar una reunión o negociaciones con seguridad allí. Y lo más importante - SPA, uno de los mejores en Almaty.

em geral, o hotel também não acomodou, a pedido de fornecer água na entrada na recepção, você deveria ter ordem para ir ao bar e comprar água lá. A água no quarto também é limitada. O quarto precisa de reforma. No começo eles deram um quarto ainda pior .. então relutantemente se mudaram para outro quarto. Ao ligar para a recepção, a mesma pessoa sonolenta pegou o telefone à noite e até disse que foi acordado e que era supostamente o número de outro hóspede) não seria tão engraçado se fosse apenas terrível, não esperava isso de um hotel cinco estrelas. Não gostei e não recomendo. Espero ter acabado de fazer um mau turno.

Descansamos com a família por 6 dias no cartão do clube QNet. Nós nos instalamos no final da noite. O quarto é limpo, toalhas, roupões brancos. O quarto é limpo diariamente. A piscina é maravilhosa, a água é limpa, SPA, banho turco tudo está ao mais alto nível. O café da manhã é variado, tudo fresquinho, doces deliciosos. A equipe do hotel é muito educada. Estamos prontos para ajudar a qualquer momento. A impressão foi muito boa. Recomendo este hotel a todos.

Descansamos con la familia durante 6 días en la tarjeta del club QNet. Nos instalamos tarde en la noche. La habitación está limpia, toallas, batas blancas. La habitación se limpia a diario. La piscina es maravillosa, el agua está limpia, SPA, hammam, todo está al más alto nivel. El desayuno es variado, todo es fresco, deliciosos pasteles. El personal del hotel es muy educado. Estamos listos para ayudar en cualquier momento. La impresión fue muy buena. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo.

I stay in the Rixos 7days and it was very comfortable. It was not a first time ,I always choose the Rixos.Before pandemic and now.Become very funny story, I left on the table money for room service and they cleaned table and room but didn't took a tips😆bcz no pen and paper to say its for good job..Next day I improved...By the way in lobby restoran only QR code menu ,if your phone doesn't recognise its a problem, also no paper ))But I like the ppl who working there always trying to improve and help. Breakfast syper delicious and a lot options. Highly recommended 👌

The worst 5 stars hotel I stayed. The looking 4.7 score of this hotel is really misleading people who wants to stay in Almaty. You can't even reach the reception by phone. And If you go to by walk to the reception, you have to wait at least 15 minutes. Becasue in the reception there are just 3 receptionist seats and 2 of them are empty. The hotel is like trap, when you enter the room there are consumable things like they are complimentary and there is no sign, menu or warning about that but they must be paid. In the hotel SPA there is a jakuzi but it is not free. And it is 20 Euros for 20 minutes. :) In the pool they give you a slipper that if you don't fall down in a wet ground, you are really chancy. Once, whole day my room didn't get housekeeped. In the hotel restaurant 50 minutes after my order the meal came. In Almaty, I have been stayed in 2 different 5 stars hotels which costs less than Rixos but I didn't have any problems like this. Probably I won't stay at any Rixos hotels anymore.

Unfortunately I had an incident with the lifeguard, on late night pool duty . I don't feel this incidint was taken seriously. However the Manager was nice , and tried his best to be sympathetic. Being harrased in a pool by a lifeguard was not fun.Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy my stay .

I stayed at Rixos Almaty on April 20th. Unfortunately this hotel has gone from 5 star to 2 star hotel. We had a room on the 1st floor. it was smelly inside and had visible damages. the bath room floor was not clean as well. I have raised these concerns with the hotel management and sent them email. They called me back and said that they are investigating. But I have never heard back from them. So, they are aware that I am posting this review. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel as the quality and service has gone down considerably.

Não ficou lá, mas teve uma reunião de negócios. I se hospedaram no passado, é um ótimo hotel com localização central com um acervo considerável fitness complexo. Se você quer uma academia mais profissional, então a classe mundial está ao virar da esquina.Para reuniões é ótimo, pois possui um amplo lobby com muita privacidade. Atendimento bom, comida saborosa.

No me quedé allí pero tuve una reunión de negocios. Me he alojado en el pasado, es un buen hotel ubicado en el centro con un complejo de fitness decente. Si quieres un gimnasio más profesional, entonces el de clase mundial está a la vuelta de la esquina.Para reuniones es genial ya que tiene un amplio lobby con mucha privacidad. Buen servicio, la comida es sabrosa.

Didn't stay there but had a business meeting. I have stayed in the past, it's a nice hotel centrally located with a decent fitness complex. If you want a more professional gym then world class is just around the corner. For meetings it's great as it has a vast lobby with lots of privacy. Service good, food is tasty.

O hotel está ajardinado com espaços verdes, átrio elegante, recepção. Excelente localização. A equipe é simpática e tenta igualar o nível, os cafés da manhã são variados e muito saborosos. Os quartos estão cansados, precisam de reparos cosméticos, o quarto estava frio. O banheiro é limpo, limpo todos os dias, toalhas trocadas, etc. Super piscina. No geral bom 4/5

El hotel está parquizado con espacios verdes, elegante lobby, recepción. Excelente ubicación El personal es amable y trata de igualar el nivel, los desayunos son variados y muy sabrosos. Las habitaciones están viejas, necesitan reparaciones cosméticas, la habitación estaba fría. El baño está limpio, se limpia todos los días, se cambian las toallas, etc. Súper piscina. En general bien 4/5
