“I was part of a group of 8 including my 4yo. Excellent facilities. Dated rooms. Low quality food even from a la carte restaurants which are difficult to make reservations. Costumer service, flip a coin to get the probability of good/decent service. Food and beverages personnel definitely needs improvement in guest satisfaction. At the "all you can eat" buffet my dad asked for an extra portion and was told he needed to come back later. He grabbed another plate an asked my daughter's portion, ridiculous. Rooms are dated they look you are back in the 70's. Around certain pool areas my wife detected poop and vomit smells. I'm giving 2 stars for the potential and because we have had better experiences before.”
