“Quarto bastante sombrio e triste com uma janela no porão. No entanto, foi ironicamente chamado de "superior". Definitivamente, evite quartos com 300 números, até mesmo luzes quebradas no corredor. Os funcionários basicamente não sabiam de nada, nem mesmo sabiam quais as categorias de quartos que tinham no hotel. No entanto, havia waffles no café da manhã.”

“Greeted by polite and helpful staff, and surrounded by a warm and stylish décor, my stay here was relaxing and comfortable. My room had ample space relative to its size(16sqm), and was well maintained.
