“Stayed here several days for a couple's getaway. Everything was wonderful until this morning. I went to pay for an additional day, and was told by the desk staff that someone had reported smelling smoke on our floor. We were told to leave and they kept our $100 deposit. Even though we were not smoking. The smell was coming from another room. I will Never stay at this chain ever again. The way we were treated here was Obscene! There was NO call for it, and it was mortifying.”
