I stay usually at this hotel on business trips. Last time, however, they applied $650 in ‘guest room damages’ after I had checked out, no explanations. The Hotel does not reply to my emails inquiring about the issue and they hang up when I call.

I stayed at this hotel for a company retreat and had an extremely unpleasant experience. To start I was told upon arrival that all staff members would be taking covid 19 precautions, when I got my key and headed to the room there was a maid with no mask watching tv in the room. The room was filthy, a light yellow brown stain on the comforter/window curtain, stains on the roof (looked like previous leaking). I didn't complain because It was covered by the company and It was only for 2 nights (I didn't want to be difficult.) I checked out and was told there were no charges to my card (which I had to give on file for any incidentals- mind you I only slept and showered in this room). A day later I see a charge of $37.45 for room merchandise? I didn't use anything in the room other than the bed & bathroom. I definitely did not buy or take anything from the room which I explained to the hotel in 3 separate phone calls. All three times I called I was told I would receive a call back. I NEVER received any response back. I filed a claim with my bank and SLS responded saying they have proof - there proof was a copy of the receipt with the charge? Anyone can charge someone and show the receipt that doesn't mean the person actually took the items in question. What a tacky/class-less hotel running scams and neglecting to return calls/give decent customer service. Avoid this place, apart from the dirty accommodations they will try to pull a fast one on you and hope you won't notice. I am currently on the phone with my bank working towards getting this charge removed. BEWARE AND STAY ELSE WHERE. (Check other reviews on Yelp you will see that charging customers for items they didn’t use/take is a pattern for this crooked business)

One of the best hotels in brickell. Great decor and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and amazing amenities. Highly recommended for a couples getaway. The food is ok they have a small menu for room service and breakfast is not included.

My husband and I, along with some cousins came here for the resort pass and we had a great and fun time in the pool! The service here is pretty amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make our time here special. The food (pizza) is tasty and the drinks were on point!! We definitely will be back soon! Highly recommend this fun spot!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. We were only there for one night so we didn't get to use all the amenities at the hotel. The only thing that could be better is the water pressure in the shower.

The service here is amazing! Everyone always went the extra mile. The food is beyond delicious at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Lorenzo and Angel specifically were so helpful with all the small details. We definitely will be back! Couldn’t recommend the hotel more.

Josh and his team treated us very well. The best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. They always went the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered as well helping us find places around the city. I will definitely stay at the SLS Brickell in Miami again very soon. The service was beyond expectation:). From the first interaction with Alex from valet we felted welcomed. We arrived late and he still was upbeat and welcoming. The doorman Alain made us feel at home and went over and beyond for us. He even recommended and helped with reservations at Trulucks restaurant. Carlos at the front desk was also a great help. We decided to extend our stay for 3 more days and he really saved us a lot of time and held a great conversation with us about places to visit while we were there. And Dee from valet was extremely nice and professional. My boyfriend Shea and I will definitely be back soon and from now on we will only stay at SLS Brickell. Thanks again guys for all of the great service.

Bar muito cheio, tem que fazer reservas antecipadas e os valores altíssimos, cheio de mulheres bem vestidas mais velhas, lugar que os homens adoram se achar, quanto mais caro pagar melhor.. aí são os top, mas nem sempre sãoaquilo que realmente aparentam..chique pra quem tem $$$gostam

Far far from a four star hotel. No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Loud club music until 2 am from the two clubs outside the corners. We did not have a top layer sheet which I thought was weird. Just a fitted sheet and a blanket. Zero bathroom privacy since it is just a sliding door. So you can hear everything the person in the bathroom is doing. Do not recommend

Es un lugar bonito sin duda alguna ,limpio,y mediano el restaurante ,pero señores carrisimo, cualquier orden que de carne o pollo que pidan no tieneningún sides o acompañamiento y solo tiene 6 pedazitos o slaces pero tiene buen sabor , las pastas pequeñitas como para niños y cuesta $26 si taxes ,la ensalada con pollo pequeñita con tres pedazitos de pollo , en conclusión la el lugar bonito,la comida un robo,y la atención regular .

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and everyone is very accommodating. I reached out a couple times with special requests and it was accommodated within minutes. I was greeted every time I walked by an employee at the hotel. I will be returning here in April!

I absolutely love this building. The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to help. The exterior of this building does not do it justice is absolutely stunning overall it’s very central as far as location. It’s close to pretty much everything but I’m sure you’ll definitely pay the price for your comfort.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are a nice size with a good layout though the decor is just slightly dated. There were reflective surfaces everywhere which was kind of fun. Very lovely bathrooms. The coffee machine was a little bit funny to work but I was able to get it going. Nice stuff. Good location in Brickell Miami.

The hotel has a great location. The food from banquets it’s very good too. The pool it’s amazing. Views really good. Perfect place for meetings but try to take the library room in the pool level. The meeting rooms in the Mezzanine floor are too cold.
