This is an elegant, grand, historic hotel with an incomparable garden and pool area. It is the ultimate in relaxation and beauty. The staff are wonderful—incredibly attentive and personable. A special thank you to Sarah who is so knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to provide exceptional service. Don’t miss the delicious buffet breakfast that includes a wide variety of selections.”

“Amazing stay. The staff are the gold standard when it comes to service and the Garden View Luxury room was great. The team even prepared flowers as a special gift for our arrival.
The Winter Palace is highly recommended and worth the price to feel like minor royalty at a little oasis in between crazy city excursions and sightseeing.
Only minor feedback, need to work on the cocktails to make them more fitting to the location.”
