“We stayed at Sofitel Zhengzhou for our family trip in Zhengzhou. Booked 8 rooms for 5 Nights. Before my arrival, I felt some disappointments, and prepared that this time my stay in Sofitel will not as sati sfying as usual. But, unexpectedly, all of our rooms were upgraded, each with complimentary fruits and cookies served every night, along with their special chinese green tea. When we checked out at 4am in the morning, they worried that we might be hungry so they prepared for us 8 packed breakfast for 16 people for free. How thoughful you were, Mr Winston Pei. The staffs did not speak English fluently but they tried so hard to explain to us. Room itself were good, well maintained eventhough not a new one. Location at the city center, near Erqu Square. Breakfast selections were vast and superb, they had organic vegetables too. Dinner at their chinese restaurant were superb, the food was delicious, and good quality.”
