“The rooms are not how they look online.my bed was supposed to be in a loft but it was all one room. For breakfast, there isn't isn't wifi password to be found and they gave me a plastic box w a cup of cereal and a box milk for breakfast. Thats not the fluffy scrambled eggs and bacon on the site... I reserved 2 days but won't be staying for the second. This place is overpriced and LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY ADVERTISE. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!!”

“Eles lotaram o hotel. Fomos chamados no dia do check-in que seria cortesia um quarto para a noite no Hilton Inn Garden e tivemos a opção de ficar lá em ambas as noites. Chegamos, fomos informados de que eles só tinham 1 noite disponível e que precisaríamos voltar Sonesta para a nossa 2ª noite. Em seguida, o cartão do hotel foi recusado duas vezes, então tivemos que esperar 2 horas, várias chamadas para obter a linha de atendimento ao cliente. Tínhamos lidado com tudo isso depois de uma longa viagem e de uma emergência médica familiar. Isto não está certo. Nós reservamos meses atrás. Estaremos apresentando uma reclamação formal.”
