“We had written confirmation reservations for a Two Bedroom Suite - King and Two Doubles - Fireplace. On the MORNING OF, they called and told us they could not accommodate us. Said they were overbooked. You plan for a beautiful staycation and something like this happens. Tried to offer us a small room. We chose this spot as we always do for a reason. We have been repeat customers in this spot. Beyond shocked that they completely wrecked a stay at their hotel.”
