“Já estivemos no Steigenberger muitas vezes, por toda a Alemanha. Mas nunca tivemos uma equipe tão arrogante como no Sonnenhof. Sem sorriso, sem palavras amáveis. Fiquei realmente horrorizado. O mais difícil foi: no desjejum me atrevi a pedir chá. A resposta: "Que tipo de chá?" Este hotel não é adequado para nós e já não é visitado.”
