This place is nothing but filth and garbage. We got stuck in a snow storm and had to find somewhere to stay with our dog. We asked for a pet room only to find rat poison on the bathroom floor, pill wrappers on the floor, chunks of chocolate on the floor, filthy uncleaned toilets, and furniture falling apart so much you couldn't sit in it. We couldn't call the front desk because the phone cord was cut and just tied back together. There was sticky stuff all over the desks. We had to keep our dog in the Kennel all night because I was so scared of what else he could find! We tried to contact corporate the next day. They promised management would get back with us. They haven't. We couldn't go elsewhere because it wasn't safe to drive. This place is gross. Don't stay here.

Cheap, comfortable room for an overnight stay just off the turnpike. Limited free breakfast included ans pet friendly for a $20 fee. Good for a quick short stay.

Helpful front desk staff who quickly checked me in, after a late arrival, and got me settled into a clean room. The continental breakfast started the next day off right with the kind of cereal/baked goods/fruit/juices/and coffee you would expect at most any hotel. Overall this hotel provided a clean, safe, comfortable room for a good price. I would gladly stay there again.

Overall, a good place to spend a night during your highway trip. Bedding and toiletries provided were good. Concierge was friendly.

Concierge was really friendly which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Our first room's heater was broken so the room was freezing when we got there. He immediately switched us to another room where the heater worked great. The problem is, the entire room looks like an afterthought. No real planning went into decorating or making anyone feel welcome. Because we had two rooms, I was able to see that each room had different amenities as if all the furniture and fixtures were purchased on auction or from various yard sales. There were various dried up fluids on the toilet when we got there, we didn't have all our toiletries that are supposed to be present in the bathroom, and the blankets were basically sheets. But since we just needed a place to stay to get out of the snow for the night while we traveled, it did the trick. Wouldn't recommend it for more than one night or for more than a last resort though.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on a long road trip, after having quarantined for 2 weeks. When I entered the lobby, there were guests sitting there with no mask on and the woman at the front desk...

very clean pet friendly front workers John or Charity will great with hospitality ,kindness , and laughs . Anything you need they will do what the can get and will make your stay warm...
