“Just checked into the hotel so this is a preliminary review but right off the bat the staff was pretty rude and short at the front desk. We excitedly shared that it’s our first time in Savannah and we’re celebrating our first anniversary and would love some recs. They couldn’t be bothered, barely told us about the hotel/amenities/dining or surrounding areas, restaurants. Not even a smile and congrats. Wasn’t like there was a rush at the front desk, no line behind us. The moment we walked off, the lady was on her cell phone. You’d think they’d treat Gold members a little nicer but I guess too much to ask. First impressions are lasting but really hope the rest of our trip goes better 🤷🏻‍♀️”
