“Just stayed on the newly renovated gold floor in Whistler. The rooms, which showcase modern cabin like decor, are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We were there for our anniversary and when we checked into the room, we were greeted by sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and house made chocolate bars. The Gold lounge is awesome - ample seating, amazing views, board games for the kids, comfortable couches, and delicious food, hot and cold beverages, and treats available throughout the day. You can tell they have put in a lot of thought to make the space comfortable while still maintaining social distancing and keeping all the food to individual portions during COVID. Every one of the staff greeted us by name, made sure we had everything we needed, and the manager Christine made sure that we had an amazing stay, even going above and beyond to make sure that our children had food that they enjoyed. Staff that especially took care of us include Roman, Dale and Carla.”

“Can't say enough good things about Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Everything was stellar from start to finish, and the location is amazing for families and couples. Everything you need is outside your door, and both the Ski Lift and the Village are a short walk away. Masks and other protocols are being strictly enforced everywhere, so that made us feel very safe and risk free during our stay. Not to mention the amazing staff, everyone deserves kudos and merry christmas!”
