Uau! Este hotel é esplêndido! Eu amo hotéis centenários, e onde Hot Sara não chega a esse ponto, a arquitetura e a história ainda são divertidas e emocionantes. O serviço ainda melhor. Claramente administrado por pessoas que valorizam a hospitalidade. Os quartos são ótimos. Este é um dos melhores hotéis que já estive em um tempo e mal posso esperar para voltar. O bar e pátio do segundo andar onde grande e adorei meu coquetel artesanal ao lado de uma fogueira com outros hóspedes. Lugar muito especial.

El servicio aún mejor. Claramente dirigido por personas que valoran la hospitalidad. Las habitaciones son geniales. Este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en mucho tiempo y estoy deseando volver. El bar y el patio del segundo piso eran geniales y me encantó mi cóctel artesanal junto a una fogata con otros invitados. Lugar muy especial.

Wow! This hotel is splendid! I love century old hotels, and where Hot Sara is not quite to that point, the architecture and history are still fun and exciting. The service even better. Clearly run by people who prize hospitality. The rooms are great. This is one of the better hotels I have been to in a while and can't wait to return. The second floor bar and patio where great and loved my craft cocktail next to a fire pit with other guests. Very special place.

Nosso quarto estava bem - chuveiro precisava de uma boa limpeza. Ligamos com antecedência para fazer o check-in mais cedo e a recepção disse que o mais cedo possível era às 15h, então dissemos "ótimo, vamos fazer isso". Chegamos lá por volta das 14h45 e deixamos o pessoal da recepção saber que sabíamos que nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e perguntamos se poderíamos esperar até que estivesse pronto. Eles disseram que tudo bem e que enviariam alguém para nos avisar quando nosso quarto estivesse pronto. Às 3:15, fui até a recepção e pedi para fazer o check-in e a recepcionista disse em um tom atrevido "Acho que o quarto deles está pronto, então?" então eu disse a ele que liguei antes e combinamos que poderíamos fazer o check-in às 3. Foi um simples erro de comunicação (da parte deles), mas eu poderia ter agido sem o comentário atrevido. Outras coisas que as pessoas deveriam saber - eles não estão servindo café da manhã agora (Covid), mas o bar do andar de cima está aberto.

Nuestra habitación estaba bien, la ducha necesitaba una buena limpieza. Llamamos con anticipación para registrarnos temprano y la recepción dijo que lo más temprano que podían hacer era a las 3 pm, así que dijimos "genial, hagámoslo". Llegamos alrededor de las 2:45 y le hicimos saber a la gente de recepción que entendíamos que nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista y preguntamos si podíamos esperar hasta que lo estuviera. Dijeron que estaba bien y que enviarían a alguien para avisarnos cuando nuestra habitación estuviera lista. A las 3:15 me dirigí a la recepción y pedí registrarme y la persona de la recepción dijo en un tono descarado "¿Supongo que su habitación está lista, entonces?" así que le hice saber que llamé antes y se acordó que podríamos registrarnos a las 3. Fue una simple falta de comunicación (de su parte), pero podría haberlo hecho sin el comentario descarado. Otras cosas que la gente debe saber: no están sirviendo el desayuno en este momento (Covid), pero el bar de arriba está abierto.

Our room was alright-- shower needed a good cleaning. We called ahead to check in early and the front desk said the earliest they could do was 3PM, so we said "great, let's do that." We got there at about 2:45 and let the people at the desk know we understood our room wasn't ready yet and asked if we could wait until it was. They said fine and that they'd send someone over to let us know when our room was ready. At 3:15 I walked to the front desk and asked to check in and the front desk person said in a sassy tone "I guess their room is ready, then?" so I let him know that I called ahead and it was agreed that we'd be able to check in at 3. It was a simple miscommunication (on their part), but I could have done without the sassy remark. Other things people should know- they aren't serving breakfast right now (Covid), but the upstairs bar is open.

Nós amamos nossa estadia. O quarto era grande, silencioso e muito limpo, esp agora em COVID. A equipe foi útil para encontrar caminhadas locais, comida, etc. O café diário / barra de chocolate quente foi adição maravilhosa.

O hotel fica no centro de Saranac e fica a uma curta caminhada de lojas, do rio a pé e restaurantes. Visitamos durante Covid e o hotel tinha serviço de limpeza limitado no local, mas isso não era um inconveniente. Se você precisasse de assistência, alguém estava lá imediatamente para ajudar.

El hotel está en el corazón de Saranac y un paseo fácil para visitar las tiendas, el río y los restaurantes. Visitamos durante Covid y el hotel tenía un servicio de limpieza limitado, pero eso no fue un inconveniente. Si necesitaba servicio, alguien estaba allí de inmediato para ayudarlo.

We loved our stay. The room was large, quiet and so very clean, esp now in COVID. The staff was helpful for finding local hikes, food, etc. The daily coffee/hot chocolate bar was wonderful addition.

The room was nice for the price but the customer service was awful. Did not feel welcomed at all.

The hotel is in the heart of Saranac and an easy walk to visit shops, the river walk and restaurants. We visited during Covid and the hotel had limited housekeeping in place but that was not an inconvenience. If you needed service someone was there right away to help.

Classic and cute old fashioned hotel that’s fully renovated. Rooms have great views, albeit smaller than expected. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Overall a good deal.
