The customer service & warm welcomes are always a favourite, we bring our dog here every time we stay and he loves the gift bag with the tennis balls. The rooms are so big & accommodating for all that we need. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would.”

“The ground floor staffs are super helpful and friendly with great sense of humour too! I’ve never been treated better than this in other hotels. (Big shout out to Kelvin, he told me that I can tell the security staff in airport that I’m in a hurry to skip the line, otherwise I might have missed the flight). And it’s grand and full of details (provided flip flops instead of scandals that you may wear them to the beach, and the Diptyque product smells so nice) All in all, I strongly recommend you to have a stay here if you want to have an extra comfortable experience in Gold Coast.”
