“Excelente hotel e localização!!”

“I was very excited to stay here but the employees were extremely rude. Check out wasnt til 12pm. At 8:53am, there was a huge banging on our door which woke us up. It was the maid asking very rudely when we were leaving so she could come in and clean. We did not have a great experience with the restaurant server downstairs either. Stay somewhere else!”
