I will give the 5 stars for the distinguished butler service the executive butler Muharrem Acir and the team Musslim were the best in facilitating our stay. All staff show a high level of professionalism starting from the reception and the house keeping along with Restaurants Thank you all. I will see you in the next trip

The accommodations and service were over the top! The best breakfast in Istanbul. Butler service at your call. Everyone was very polite. If a staff member was in the elevator they would get out so that you can have your own space. Any reasonable request was gladly fulfilled with a smile. Stayed for a week and could have stayed longer. Centrally located in the heart of 5th Ave of Istanbul. Very helpful concierge as well. Ask and you shall receive. Definitely stay here!

I booked this Hotel to stay 1 week. But had a bad experience..they do have a club night at 7 floor and the music is extremely loud until 2am. I was staying at 6 floor which made me stay up not sleep until the club closes and turn the music down. I choose this Hotel because of the 5 star hotel. But to me this club night should have not existed..it's a beautiful Hotel but very disappointed with the loud music. Hotel is to get rested in oeace .😡😡😡

Had an outstanding experience at the St Regis Istanbul. Amazing service, location, staff and food. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect to walk around, eat, and shop. I have stayed at other hotels in Istanbul but the St Regis definitely was a delight. Thank you particularly to the amazing lobby team, housekeeping and Aydin at the St Regis Brasserie. It was always nice to come to breakfast and be welcomed with a smile.

I had lunch at St Regis Brasserie in Nisantasi. The hotel is beautiful and its Brasserie is very well appointed. Unfortunately, the service was poor although the food was quite good, but not exceptional for the St Regis name. The esplanade is gorgeous but it gets hectic with people smoking. For a non-smoker, it's an awful experience.

Trying this hotel third time. I think the name has to be changed to Travel Lodge Motel. There are numerous hotels with better view, better designed rooms and better service for sure, which is the real deal. I gave them another shot because of the location but unfortunately it was not worth it. Room was not ready although I arrived two hours after check in time, I had to chase for my dinner reservation confirmations, because concierge starts at 11 am! Also lots of room service left overs around 1130 still while you are walking to your next appointment. So anyone who gave five stars to this establishment I assume you never heard of FOUR SEASONS BOSPHORUS . That is a proper hotel! Don’t give credit to location lovers or people who are happy with 600 euro/night rooms and poor service.

The management of this hotel is racist and completely incompetent. We had a suite: literally no service. The people working here don’t understand any request in English, they are incapable of sending simple mail on your behalf, the gym is dark, their spa is old and the lockers don’t even work. The porter watches you shlepping the suitcase. He barely helps. But they charge 800 euros a night for a suite with a butler service which does not even function! This is the worst service in Istanbul. Their hotel manager is racist, misogynist and rude. Guests in the hotel are leaving their trays outside the room and nobody comes to pick them up for hours! They do not deserve the name of St Regis.

Eu tive uma estadia maravilhosa aqui, eles me tratam muito bem como um hóspede Platinum Bonvoy. Tive uma experiência ruim no W Istanbul, saí do W às 7h e fiz o check-in no St. Regis Istanbul por volta das 7h40. A equipe muito profissional faz o possível para deixar meu quarto pronto para mim e me oferece um café da manhã para compensar meu dia após a caótica estadia no lixo W Istanbul.O quarto que consegui é muito limpo e cheio de luz natural, você pode abrir a janela para tomar um ar fresco. A cama é super confortável e a casa de banho é espaçosa.A opção de café da manhã é um pouco limitada, mas todos servem em qualidade superior, seu café turco era super! Você pode pedir ao mordomo para o quarto o dia todo.Também me ofereceram morangos com chocolate, nozes, frutas, uma garrafa de água mineral premium e uma garrafa de água mineral com gás premium.Os equipamentos de ginástica são bons para exercícios de peso e cardio, as piscinas são muito exclusivas com 3 salas diferentes.

Tuve una estadía maravillosa aquí, me tratan muy bien como invitado de Bonvoy Platinum. Tuve una mala experiencia en W Istanbul, salí de W a las 7 am y me registré en el St. Regis Istanbul alrededor de las 7:40 am. El personal, muy profesional, hizo todo lo posible para preparar mi habitación y me ofreció desayunar para reponer mi día después de una caótica estancia en el basurero W Istanbul.La habitación que recibí está muy limpia y llena de luz natural, puedes abrir la ventana para que entre aire fresco. La cama es súper cómoda y el lavabo es amplio.La opción de desayuno es un poco limitada, pero todos se sirven en la mejor calidad, ¡su café turco fue excelente! Puede pedir del mayordomo a la habitación durante todo el día.También me ofrecieron fresas con chocolate, nueces, frutas, una botella de agua mineral premium y una botella de agua mineral con gas premium.Los equipos del gimnasio son buenos para ejercicios de peso y cardio, las piscinas son muy singulares con 3 salas diferentes.

I had a wonderful stay here, they treat me very well as a Bonvoy Platinum guest. I had a bad experience at W Istanbul, left W at 7am and check in to the St. Regis Istanbul around 7:40am. The very professional staff try his very best to get my room ready for me and offered me to have breakfast to make up my day after chaotic stay at rubbish W Istanbul. The room I got is very clean and full of natural light, you can open the window to get fresh air. Bed is super comfortable and wash room is spacious. The breakfast option is a bit limited but all serve in top quality, their Turkish coffee was super! You may order from the butler to the room all day long. I was also offered chocolate strawberries, nuts, fruits , one bottle of premium mineral water and one bottle of premium sparkling mineral water. The gym equipments are good for weight and cardio exercises, pools are very unique with 3 different rooms.

Se não fosse pelas pessoas que trabalham lá, eu classificaria com 4 estrelas. Mas a recepção, os concierges e a manutenção dos quartos foram excepcionais. Os quartos são bons, mas nada de extraordinário: muito bem conservados e limpos, mas nada de especial. O café da manhã na brasserie é bom, às vezes pode ser sobrecarregado, pois também é popular entre os loclas. Mas as pessoas com quem você mais interage são fantásticas em seu trabalho: muito amigáveis e acolhedores; farão tudo o que puderem e ainda mais para ajudar com quaisquer solicitações. Alida, Ali e todas as outras pessoas da recepção são realmente incríveis. Obrigado.

If it wasn't for the people who work there, I would rank it at 4 stars. But front desk, concierges and room keeping were exceptional. Rooms are OK, but nothing remarkable: very well kept and cleaned, but nothing special. Breakfast in brasserie is good, can be overwhelmed sometimes as it's also popular with loclas. But people you interact most are fantastic at their job: very friendly and welcoming; will do everything they can and even more to help with any requests. Alida, Ali and all other front desk people are truly amazing. Thank you.

Two words: Great Gatsby From the ultra-luxurious rooms and amenities, to the friendliest of staff, the St. Regis takes the prize for defining luxury in Istanbul. The Gatsby-like font resonating throughout the hotel ensure you feel the warmth and sophistication associated with St. Regis. Of course, the Butler service ensures you’re able to get anything at anytime, but we didn’t need to use it all that often with all the luxuries both in and out of the room. We’ll definitely return to the St. Regis when we fly in, out or through Istanbul; I would 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is the best, absolutely the best location in Istanbul, I love the neighborhood, the staff and rooms are incredible!!! The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and do everything they can to make your stay perfect!!! We stayed here two different times during our trip and each time was fantastic!!!! I can't wait to come back here, it's the most luxurious home away from home!

Impressionante! Eu sou dos EUA e fiquei aqui em julho de 2020. Fiquei na Caroline Astor Suite, que é uma linda suíte de 2 quartos com 2 varandas. É também no piso superior, em uma área muito tranquila. O serviço de mordomo, a comida e o prédio são de primeira qualidade. A academia e o spa também são ótimos. A localização é ao lado de vários parques, bem como boas lojas. Estou tão feliz que decidi ficar aqui !!! E todos os funcionários falam inglês excelente e foram muito úteis.

¡Increíble! Soy de los Estados Unidos y me alojé aquí en julio de 2020. Me alojé en la suite Caroline Astor, que es una hermosa suite de 2 habitaciones con 2 balcones. También está en el último piso en una zona muy tranquila. El servicio de mayordomo, la comida y el edificio son de primera categoría. El gimnasio y el spa también son geniales. La ubicación está justo al lado de varios parques, así como de buenas tiendas. ¡Estoy tan feliz que decidí quedarme aquí! Y todo el personal habla inglés excelente y fue muy servicial.

Awesome! I am from the USA and just stayed here in July 2020. I stayed in the Caroline Astor Suite which is a beautiful 2 room suite with 2 balconies. It is also on the top floor in a very quiet area. The butler service, the food and the building are all top notch. The gym and spa are also great. The location is right next to multiple parks as well as nice shopping. I’m so happy I decided to stay here!!! And the staff all speak excellent English and were very helpful.
