“Checked in by walk -. in not through booking being explained room will be ready in one hour politely by a charming Indian associate. She gave us nicest room in the universe Ocean View. I hope she will give us 2 identical rooms with wide balcony in the future. I feel I'm in the Caribbean in that room. How kind of her like she read my mind. Excellent boutique assistant, kids club associate, spa manager but the spa therapist need to brush up her skills to become excellent. Nice butlers because remember my birthday and nice in room dining, excellent restaurant associates and nice lounge singer rendering songs. Excellent Nasi Lemak Lobster, the best I ever taste! Overall experience most satisfactory and excellent. The staff are courteous, warm and friendly. I'll definitely come again!”
