With a lagoon-style pool championship golf course and complimentary local shuttle it's no wonder the non-smoking Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Golf Club is one of the area's most popular hotels among our guests. Surrounded by mature trees the five-story resort has an away-from-it-all feel. Adding to the feeling of seclusion is the Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course whose 18 holes meander around the property. The lagoon-style pool has water slides where kids can splash and more secluded areas where grown-ups can get some rest and relaxation. The 301 non-smoking rooms have extra-thick mattresses and 37-inch flat-panel TVs with instant-access movies. Some rooms feature step-out balconies. There's an on-site cafe and restaurant and room service is available. Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed for an additional fee. Getting around the area is easy with the hotel's complimentary shuttle. Just off Route 121 The Westin is a short drive from local hockey baseball and arena football stadiums. The Stonebriar Centre with dozens of retail outlets is just over two miles east. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is 19 miles southwest and Dallas Love Field is 21 miles south.

“This place is a complete disaster. The front desk service was awful at every turn. We called to let the hotel know that we would be late and were told that everything was fine since we called. We showed up to be told that our reservation was no longer good. And then we told that we could pay more to make another reservation and that they were doing us a favor by letting us do that. We dealt with Lauren who indifferent to the wrong information we were given by the hotel and told us that there are two sides to every story. Overall, Lauren was useless and provided awful service. Spend your money with the Hyatt down the street if you want decent customer service.”

“When I booked they assured us that there was a tub in the room. I’m 8 months pregnant, and it’s literally the only thing I asked for. That was not the case. No effort to make that better. The TVs also do not have streaming services which is more of an annoyance than anything. They want to charge $20 to rent movies that are literally available for free on streaming services. The view Was also supposed to be of the golf course- a “premium” room. It’s of the parking lot. Very disappointed overall.”
