Stayed 4 days with two beds and one day a few days later with king size bed. It’s a very large hotel in a convenient location. Very airy rooms with modern clean facilities. It’s pricey to stay but facilities match.

Well who is going to complain about this hotel? It’s right up there with the top hotels in Tokyo, and the service is extremely polite and efficient. Our room was upgraded to a suite on the executive floor and as you can imagine, it is really nice. I really only have some small quibbles, but mostly these are merely my personal preferences. First - the hotel is a bit stuffy and formal. I mean it is really NICE! Buuuut…. I feel more relaxed at The Hyatt to be honest. While its great that we got upgraded to a suite, they asked us to move rooms if we want to check out later (4pm) This is understandable but unfortunate. My wife and I are here for a conference and then some time alone together - so I guess I was hoping to relax a bit longer. Again — first world problems. The staff here are extraordinary helpful and polite. They generally speak English but allowed me to carry on I’n my shambolic Japanese anyway. The Executive lounge is a treat, but the hours are a bit short and they deal with surges of patrons by allowed you entry for one hour in the evening for cocktails. However they let me stay because it was want too busy. So yes, I highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely comfortable and serves a high standard clientele. I’m still a Hyatt fan but the kindness and hospitality here makes me truly appreciate the warmth of the people who work here!

Wonderful customer service and great tasting food! My husband and I flew 13 hours to Narita to get on the JR train for another hour to get to the hotel. We picked this hotel because it was central to the stores we wanted to visit and shop. We arrived at 5 pm and the stores closed at 8 pm. We were able to catch a cab quickly, and the concierge wrote the address to our destinations. It took a lot of hassle out of the language barrier. We made it back in time to enjoy the excellent dinner buffet! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will return!

We visited for Christmas afternoon tea. It was nice to spend a relaxing time. As we would expect from a hotel, they asked us when we are about to run out of drinks. The staff could be a little more friendly, but other than that it was good.

Sadly the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours from top, left and right even when I was in the corner room. The staff are friendly and courteous. They revamped the toilet. In-room dining pretty much the same even after 4 years ago

Excellent friendly service. Great breakfast. This is a full service hotel and the staff is very attentive. Definitely would stay there again.

Overall: 5 Location: 5 Guest Rooms: 5 Club Lounge: 4 Foods: 4 Drinks: 5 Comfort: 4 Breakfast: 5 Fitness Center: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: 5 Cost Performance: 5 Comments: Club lounge is fine with beautiful view of Tokyo, but too crowded on the weekends. Drinks are great but Foods were under average of other Marriott brands, providing mainly cold appetizers. You can choose breakfast venue among three options, buffet on the first floor, French on the 22nd floor and Japanese style. I’d highly recommend buffet. French is fancy, of course, but too small amount for satisfactory breakfast. Parking costs 3,000 JPY with additional 2,000 JPY with Valet parking.

Mr. Rifcy Mohamed was excellent at attending to our needs. He even left surprise chocolates for my boys in the room with personal notes as it was my sons birthday weekend. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious. The room service is quick & efficient. The only downer was the breakfast & room service menu as their is no love for vegetarians or vegans. I had to order my meals through Uber eats. I hope next time they have more food options. Overall My family loved the hotel so we will definitely be coming back again.

There was less food, very few options than we thought. We were a bit disappointed as we had stayed at the 3 star New Akan Hotel in Kushiro and the Westin buffet was nothing compared to Akan's. There’s also too much wine in the desserts. They charged us for apple juice even after they said juice, tea and coffee are included in the buffet price. They didn't bother to tell us it's not free.

Nice hotel built in 90's so it is a bit outdated compared to some of newer high class hotels. Services generally good (especially if you are a higher tier member of the Bonvoy). The Chinese restaurant is highly recommended if you want to eat inside the hotel, but there are many many good restaurants of all varieties at 1/2 the price within 5-10 min walking distance. Morning buffet on the ground floor, especially on weekends, can be extremely busy with lots of crying babies. Rather small gym and no swimming pool.

As usual top quality. The service is excellent. It's one of the finer hotels in Tokyo. Up on the 22nd floor is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. Not exactly for people on a budget but that sure was delicious.

Knocked down from five stars because the front desk manager insisted that he needed to photocopy my wife's ID (they don't if you have a Japanese address). Escalating to the duty manager made that problem go away. The hotel was fine otherwise.

Overpriced. The only thing five star about this hotel is the decor. Friendly. Charged too much for everything such as internet usage. Cheap hotels don't even charge for internet usually.
