“Great location in the Gold Coast. The hotel and its outlets were busy, which is good. I'm sure staffing can be challenging right now, but I expected more attention to detail. Nice hotel, but starting to show its age. Time for a refresh. Nothing that would keep us from returning, but we might explore other Hyatt offerings next time just to compare. We found nothing wrong with the artwork mentioned by others. See pictures in review--it's art. We thought it was cool.”
