Staff is friendly. Train at odd times may wake you up. Hotel is noisy until precisely 11pm. Dead bugs, but no live one's. Old and slightly rusting appliances. Beds are a mattress on a metal spring frame. More like a cot than a bed.

¡NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ! Ojalá hubiera leído estas reseñas. Yo tuve una experiencia similar. Me cobraron por 3 noches que ni siquiera estaba en el estado de GA. Acorté mi estadía debido a ocupantes ridículamente ruidosos y pidiendo que cambiaran mi habitación sin resolución. Tampoco tengo ninguna resolución para obtener un reembolso por las noches que me cobraron. Leí que otros se han puesto en contacto con abogados y harán lo mismo. NO TE ALOJES AQUÍ!!!!!!

NÃO FIQUE AQUI!!!! Eu gostaria de ter lido esses comentários. Eu tive uma experiência parecida. Eles me cobraram por 3 noites que eu nem estava no estado de GA. Eu cortei minha estadia curta devido a ocupantes ridiculamente barulhentos e pedindo para mudar meu quarto sem resolução. Também não tenho nenhuma resolução em obter um reembolso pelas noites que me foram cobradas. Li que outros entraram em contato com advogados e farão o mesmo. NÃO FIQUE AQUI!!!!!!

Maior densidade de "cães de serviço" que já vi na minha vida. Se você tem medo ou alergia a cães, continue dirigindo. Nos meus dois dias aqui, fui cumprimentado várias vezes com um cão indisciplinado e um adestrador não tão experiente.

Tinha pontas de cigarro no ralo da banheira, eu não fumo foi cobrado por alguém fumar no quarto 2 vezes e foi cobrado quase 800 quando foi retirado do meu cartão. Muito desapontado

Had cig butts in drain in bathtub I dont smoke was charged for someone smoking in the room 2 times and was charged almost 800 when it was taken off my card. Very disappointed

Highest density of " service dogs" I have seen in my life. If you have a fear or allergy of dogs keep driving. In my two days here I have been greeted multiple times with an unruly dog and a not so experienced handler.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I wish I would've read these reviews. I had a similar experience. They charged me for 3 nights I was not even in the state of GA. I cut my stay short due to ridiculously loud occupants and asking to have my room changed with no resolution. I also have no resolution in getting a refund for the nights I was charged. I read others have contacted lawyers and will be doing the same. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Tenho ficado em muitos hotéis de estadia prolongada e este foi decepcionante. Havia 3 de nós e 2 toalhas- disse política era apenas 2. Não há pratos, panelas etc. a menos que você os alugue. Nenhum shampoo etc. no banheiro. Disse que nenhum travesseiro extra poderia ser dado a nós. A roupa não funcionava quando tentamos ... Para a taxa, sugiro que você procure em outro lugar. A vantagem é que está perto de comida e compras. Não vou ficar em um WoodSprings novamente.

I have stayed at many extended stay hotels and this one was disappointing. There were 3 of us and 2 towels- told policy was only 2. No dishes, pans etc unless you rent them. No shampoo etc. in bathroom. Told no extra pillows could be given to us. Laundry wouldn’t work when we tried..For the rate I would suggest you look elsewhere. The upside is it is near food and shopping. Won’t stay at a WoodSprings again.

Recebi um e-mail quando reservei que o check-in era 14h. Chegou e a senhora da recepção apontou para uma placa que dizia 15h. Tentei raciocinar e mostrei o e-mail… perguntei se havia algo que poderíamos fazer porque tínhamos um casamento que começava às 17h. Até perguntou se poderíamos usar um banheiro público para fazer maquiagem. A senhora foi completamente rude e não faria absolutamente nada para ajudar. Eu daria - estrelas se pudesse. Não por causa das instalações ... embora fosse um AF incompleto e barato. Mas o serviço ao cliente era o pior!

Received an email when I booked that check in time was 2pm. Arrived and the front desk lady pointed to a sign that said 3pm. Tried to reason and showed email… asked if there was anything we could do because we had a wedding that started at 5pm. Even asked if we could use a public restroom to do makeup. The lady was completely rude and would do absolutely nothing to help. I would give - stars if I could. Not because of the facility… even though it was sketchy and cheap AF. But the customer service was the worst!

This extended stay is HORRIBLY DISGUSTING and should be shut down! The pictures on the site are NOT those for this hotel. There are all types of people hanging outside in the front and on the side...
