Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right on 75 so if you are a light sleeper, get an ODD numbered room away from the noise. Be forewarned, tho. That gives you an eastern exposure so you get a healthy dose of sunshine as the blinds don't come all the way down.. Very attentive staff, almost too much so. 😀 Had a broken chair which was quickly replaced. Air conditioner is noisy. Bed is just okay. Sheets and pillows fine but the mattress is institutional at best. If the location and bed were better, I'd visit again.

My husband and I along with our 2 year old grandson stayed for 3 weeks. Every single member of staff from the front desk to maids made certain to make us all feel welcome and helped in every way possible.Rooms and facility stayed clean and were plenty roomy enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. Pool and outdoor area were always in top shape Elevator went out during our stay, but wasn't a problem as staff quickly started helping checkouts carry luggage down the stairs. I can't say enough about how great the staff is here. Management has done an excellent job at selecting the best employees possible. My grandson will be leaving even more spoiled than when he got here since everyone of the employees showered him with attention, affection, and treats.

Everyone in the hotel is so nice. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I worked in a lobby every day and they made music quieter for me so I could take calls. Someone went to the shop to buy the washing soap when me a d other guest needed it. Thank you guys for your great job!

I stayed at The Home2 Suites while recovering from cosmetic surgery. The room was spacious enough for me and my guests. The full refrigerator and mini kitchen was perfect for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a on site laundry mat considering I needed to launder every day. The breakfast was amazing and they had a great variety of items. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing room with everything we need. We moved from Miami to NC and come back to visit family. We know the area like the back of our hands. I can not say enough how well everything was on our 3 night stay here. Great parking , close to the doors. Super pet friendly. The staff is amazing. Great Great customer service !!!! We can't complain about anything. Cold rooms the way we love it and is hard to find hotels that offer that . So a big plus

This location was under construction to bwcome home2 so it wasn't in tip top shape to comment on the interior look. The locatiom is great because it is near i75 surronding malls ,restaurants , grocers, pharmacy and movie theater. Breakfast is pretty standard. Pricing for after hours snacks were outrageously high. Overall room was clean and comfy. Bed was great to sleep on. This location does not have a pool.

Don't come here... It's still under construction 2 years and counting. The Wingate sign isn't even up... Took me a while to find it due to the lack of a sign and the front doors being covered... Lots of construction materials in the parking lot. The noise from the adjacent highway is horrible. Not sure who planned this location out but I learned my lesson about trusting the company name...

The general manager was outright rude to us and I will not be returning or recommend anyone stay here. I would rather stay in a motel. Might get better service. Best of luck!

This place is under construction. This was not advertised, the phone in the room didn't work, so every time we needed something we had to go down to the front desk to ask. Then the shower tub was peeling and We had to wear flip flops in the shower. On top of all of that, the toilet stopped up as we were preparing to leave.😠😠😠 And as we requested a late check out due to toilet water on the bathroom floor, they refused and then they used our remaining towels to clean up and didn't give us new ones. The bed was clean and comfortable. luckily I hardly stayed in the room all weekend. This was equivalent to the college stays at motel 6. Horrible to say the least.

The a/c make a strong noise went the compressor start...not good in the silent night. The breaksfast is good. I think that have time to improve the service in housekeeping..because maybe the housekeepers have a lot of rooms to clean and the time to clean not is good. I understand very good this job and sometimes is a very hard job because 10 or 15 rooms to clean.not are easy...very exhausted job and sometimes guest not bring tips. Thanks anyway for the service in the front desk. God bless!!

I visited there for a business trip just a few days ago. The location of the hotel is pretty good with easy access to the expressway, however, it's rather confusing to get to because it's sort of nestled in the back of other hotels. The front desk clerk was nice and told me I had a non-smoking room, but when I got off the elevator to the 3rd floor, the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. My room was clean, but you could tell the furniture was rather old due to stains that had set in. Overall, it was just OK. I expected better. There are also some renovations going on.

It is clean, good service, great free breakfast, nice and comfortable beds. Even tough it is not really fancy and new, they keep it in good shape. The staff is friendly.

Hotel staff doesn't like working here. I would give it a 3 rating though. Breakfast is good, bed is good. Nothing is great. Better off staying in Miami.
