Nice hotel and clean

The rooms were big and the attention was excellent. Some of the floors are closed and it was a bit noisy.

Many got respiratory sickness and broke out in fevers while staying here it may be in the ac vents, beware. The restaurant was great.

Just ok to sleep few hours,staff it’s not even fair, I booked this hotel in the middle of the night,I arrived at 2 am and left same day at 7 am No even a nice welcome or good bye I paid high rate for that ,unfortunately didn’t have a good experience

The staff is nice but I don’t recommend at all this hotel. It barely deserves a 2 star hotel. The elevator is broken doesn’t work when you call it so if you’re on the 14th floor you will have to take the stairs to the next level to be able to call the elevator. The breakfast is a disaster only sweets no protein options (eggs) nor fruits. The internet doesn’t work at ALL. We had to use our own data from abroad and it worked better, the internet is so bad that you can’t even load a page!! The toilet flush was broken, one of the safety box doesn’t work and and light button not working. Very bad infrastructure, over charging for the service they are supposed to offer. This is unacceptable for an advertised 4 star hotel that charges around 90-100$ a night. I asked to spoke to a manager or someone to fix the situation and no one did anything, they didn’t even give me a decent discount to fix the situation. Clearly they don’t care about their customers experience and just want money. It really ruined our experience while visiting this city. For this price you can have wayyy better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
