“Great location and friendly staff. While comfortable, the room could have been cleaner (I found several hairs in the drawers and bathroom floor). Room service menu, minibar and breakfast buffet selection are kind of limited for a 5-star hotel. The hotel looks a bit dark and old fashioned inside. The worst thing was the horrible perfume they put in the reception area and elevators!”

“Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We received such a nice warm welcome and the staff were always very helpful especially Vanessa, who worked in room service. She was extremely helpful and kind when helping us with what we needed and answered any questions that we had. Overall an amazing stay! Would recommend.”
