“I booked a room in this hotel for this summer. I was so very excited to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, because of the coronavirus and travel restrictions I cannot travel to Barcelona from the US. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though it is not my fault for not using the reservation. It’s so very unfair, beware before you use this hotel chain.”
