Not bad

My travel agent arranged for me to stay here for 2 nights when I missed the cruise ship departure in Miami. Well to my surprise this hotel was better than being on the ship....it was like living in a castle. It was beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful.

They literally stole my money! Booked a room with two months in advance, to arrive and be told that my room was not available due to heavy rain a couple nights before. How about contacting me in advance? No, they waited until I arrived in the hotel to then send me to a 'partner' hotel with the option of cancelling and being refunded. After seeing that the offer was a bad one, I asked for a refund. That was in August, and I haven't seen my money yet. They stopped replying to my e-mails, literally stealing the money I paid for the room but did not use the service.

Great staff, very welcoming and attentive. Lina and the desk staff are very helpful with setting up excursions and working as the middle man for people who dont speak Spanish.

First night at the hotel and water was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom. We couldn't change the room. In the morning we haven't finished the breakfast downstairs and cleaning team was in the room. I wanted to finish my stuff before leave the hotel to enjoy the city but had to wait the service finish first. They didn't changed us from the room just a guy from maintenance was sent there will all our stuff in the room. Missing a big mirror, no hair drier, water only cold and they say cold and hot, room dark with few lights. Food in breakfast was ok for continental one. Service could be better. Unfortunately doesn't fit the price paid.
