Pessoal simpático! Perto metrô que leva a qualquer lugar. Silenciosa a rua. Farmácia, mercado, restaurantes, padarias e bares próximos. Um pouco se houve barulho quartos próximos, mas bem aceitável. Diferente das fotos no site, mas um bom hotel. Recomendo e voltaria nele.

Não tem serviço de quarto na diária. Muito simples.Fica longe da área história de Paris. As camas e o tamanho do quarto é ótimo! Tem cozinha com todos utensílios. Mas no quarto que fiquei não tinha box e havia um rodo para puxar a água que se espalhava. Não tem amenidades de banho apenas sabonete líquido e barra.

Ótima localização, acomodação confortável, cozinha bem equipada, o problema fica por conta da acústica do quarto que é péssima!!

Quartos grandes, cozinha toda equipada, tem geladeira, fogão e o básico para cozinhar e servir refeições. Fica próximo ao metrô. Café e chá ficam disponíveis apenas no restaurante do hotel. Desvantagem e que não limpam o quarto diariamente, se você desejar, e cobrado uma taxa extra. Há um mercado pouco à frente muito bom. Região próxima cheia de restaurantes e opções para uma refeição simples.

If I could give zero stars I would have- this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel/ apartments- we’ve travel quite a bit over the years and this hotel by far one of the TOP WORSE - I know that when hotels displayed pictures of the facilities they will enhance the pics and make it look nicer than it really is- but this hotel takes the cake. Doors that were punched in - broken showers - no toiletries (facial tissues, shower cap, etc) the bathroom smelled of urine as if it hadn’t been cleaned with cleaning detergent ever- and maybe it’s a normal thing in France but I had never seen a literal toilet closet which it normally wouldn’t be a problem - the problem was that there was no sink to wash your hands - you had to get out of toilet closet and wash hands in the kitchenette sink- and finally the room was just dirty- dusty- countertop dirty.

The room we stayed in had such BAD HYGIENE and looked nothing like the photos shown. It’s marked as 3 star hotel but it honestly was not even close. The room was not properly cleaned. We went in and the comforter was stained and and there was hair all over the place in the bathroom. Tub was dirty and shower head falls in the middle of your shower….the images seen online are extensively photoshopped. The upside is it’s close to the metro. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay and the thriftiness of the hotel does not justify their cost. Definitely do not recommend.

good location with a lot of cafes nearby, and near the metro. the rooms were clean and the staff were quite helpful. we got locked out of our rooms on the first night as there was an issue with our automatic door, but the staff handled it smoothly. they have laundry service as well.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was GREAT! The metro was steps away and we went EVERYWHERE on the metro/even Disneyland! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful-especially Owen. He gave us directions and drew maps for each place we visited. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

In general apartels for me would always be a 3 or 4 star. You don't get the luxury of a full on hotel but it's more of at home feel. This is no different. Room is ok, although the layout is a little strange for me. Free coffee is horrible unfortunately 😫

O hotel é bom, tem cozinha completa, inclusive com lava louça, tem estação de metrô do lado, tem restaurantes, mercados e boulangerie próximo, os croissant são deliciosos. O único problema é que não tem ar condicionado, especialmente no verão. Mas tem aquecedor.

Si vienes de visita a París es un buen lugar en donde hospedarte, sobre todo si vienes en plan familiar. Las habitaciones/departamentos son cómodos y seguros, están bien ubicados y el precio es razonable, no es el Ritz, ni lo pretende ser, ni te cuesta igual, pero cumple con cualquier espectativa racional. El personal es muy amable, son limpios y tienes una estación de metro en la esquina.En la zona encontrarás muchos lugares en donde comer rico a precios razonables y que cierran tarde. Ya me había hospedado aquí anteriormente y seguramente regresaré, lo recomiendo.

Aspectos positivos: ubicación ideal para moverse a cualquier lugar, cerca de Gare de Lyon, metros para ir al centro de la ciudad. Cerca de boulevard Diderot (amplia zona comercial, hay un carrefour, lidl cercas). Buena zona, ideal para pasar pocos días en la ciudad. El personal de recepción amable, saben hablar inglés aunque no me encontré a nadie que hablase español pese a que en la página web pone que hablan francés, inglés y español. La habitación tenía ventilador, ventana grande que daba a una pequeña terraza, también había una plancha. Lugar seguro.Aspectos a mejorar: la televisión no tenía canales en español (preguntamos en recepción y nos dijeron que no tenían) curioso que al estar al lado de España tengan otros idiomas hasta chino o ruso pero no español. El tema de la recogida de basura pues se lo tenía que hacer uno mismo (es la 1a vez que vemos algo así). El estudio pues estaba bien, pero sin más... podía estar mejor por el precio que pedían. El lavabo está en otra habitación separado de la zona de la ducha, con lo cual, para lavarte las manos etc. tienes que cambiar de espacio dentro de la habitación (puede resultar incómodo). Tema de las toallas y papel higiénico pues bastante justo, no había mucho donde elegir en cuanto a toallas y si vas con más personas te puedes quedar corto. Yo lo recomiendo para pocos días, supongo que otros aparthoteles de la misma cadena están mejor. Este de aquí conviene por la ubicación idónea pero podría estar mucho mejor.

Lovely aparthotel at great location! Main metro stations at the street just beside hotel. Restaurants and shops also. Lovely balcony which gives you little vreal and peacufull rest from busy Paris. Very helpfull, kind and smily staff at reception. Strongly reccomend! Will definitely come back!

We have stayed at Citadines Bastille for a 3-day-holday trip and made our booking via Booking.com. I have never made a bad experience with any hotel I booked via Booking.com but for this time I have to say, we were quite disappointed. - First of all, the pictures from the hotel used at the Booking.com-Website seem to be from a totally different hotel. Our room and also the rest of the hotel (apart from the lobby-area) didn't look like the room from the pictures at all! Even though our room was quite big, which we enjoyed, it was kind of shabby and dirty (hair from former users sticking at the bathroom-ceiling, some kind of brown stains at the walls etc...) - We were very happy to book a room in an Apart hotel with the small kitchen, since we were planning to cook during our stay. Unfortunately, the dishes in our kitchen were sticky and dirty when we arrived, which is why we assumed, that they haven't been cleaned properly. Nevermind, I thought, and put everything in the small dishwasher. 1 hour later I found out, that even though the dishwasher has been running all the time (making loud and weird noises), it didn't work at all, since no water has run through it (the tab for the dishes was still in there untouched and everything stayed dry). - Apart from these unpleasant little things regarding our room, we were SHOCKED about the unfriendly behaviour of the hotel staff, especially the people at the reception. They never took time for any questions of ours, which is maybe because we spoke English (we watched French-speaking guests being served immediately and very nicely). They kind of refused speaking English, which cannot be accepted at a hotel! At one morning, for example, I was asking if it's possible to get some orange juice and after I asked the third staff member (since two other ones refused to talk to me at all), he reacted like I had verbally attacked him or something (which confused me completely).We wouldn't recommend this place and we will definitely not come back here.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este apart hotel, me gusta mucho la ubicación, estás muy cerca de la Gare de Lyon y la plaza de la Nación, con el metro al lado. Los apartamentos están bien equipados,las camas son cómodas y no hay nada de ruido o molestias.

Muy bonitas las habitaciones y el hotel. TE LIMPIAN LA HABITACIÓN y TE CAMBIAN LAS TOALLAS SOLO si te quedas MÁS DE 6 DÍAS. Nosotros teníamos un estudio, nos quedamos 4 noches, no nos limpiaron nada y tuvimos que ir todos los días a la recepción para que nos cambiaran las toallas. Todo te lo quieren cobrar, si quieres que te limpien te combran 28 euros por un estudio y un poquito menos por una habitación. Por el desayuno te cobran 13 euros a personas. La vdd no merece la pena, mejor desayunen en un bar o cafetería.
