O hotel é bom, tem internet com boa conexão, camas confortáveis, servem cookies de cortesia quentinhos na recepção (rs), tem café da manhã que atende bem (tem iogurte, frutas, suco, etc) e a recepção foi excelente! (se for se hospedar lá procure pelo "Sal" - nome do rapaz que auxilia os hóspedes). Como ponto negativo é não ter elevador de serviço (aconteceu por 2 dias eles fecharem um dos dois elevadores para fazer transporte de colchões em horário péssimo - de 9 as 11 - o que gerou um enorme transtorno para subir e descer demorando muito tempo - como eu estava no 17o andar, não arrisquei a escada) e os quartos serem de carpete.

Fiquei hospedado nesse local em outubro de 2016. Meus problemas começaram na chegada. Fiz a reserva pela Booking e chegando lá a recepcionista falou que o valor não era aquele. Conversamos, mostramos a reserva com a confirmação, os valores acertados, falamos com o gerente até que 30 minutos depois conseguimos "fechar" no valor já "pago" anteriormente (depois li várias reclamações falando que eles não respeitam os valor já fechados). O quarto era espaçoso mas mesmo solicitando a limpeza diária nossas toalhas nem sempre eram trocadas e o quarto não era limpo. Eu deixei bilhetes e tips todos os dias mas não adiantava. A noite cansada tínhamos que solicitar as trocas de toalha na recepção. Infelizmente em frente ao hotel estava acontecendo uma obra grande, que nos acordava por volta de 7 da manhã todos os dias. Para piorar mais ainda, eu fiz algumas compras pela internet e as entregas foram feitas no hotel. Recebi algumas caixas mas uma com mais produtos não foi entregue. Todos os dias eu perguntava na recepção por essa caixa e a resposta era a mesma: Não chegou. Mesmo eu recebendo e-mail de confirmação da entrega, mostrando para a recepcionista eles continuaram afirmando que não receberam. Reclamei com o local que comprei. Eles enviaram um comprovante de recebimento com o nome da pessoa do hotel que recebeu. Infelizmente quando eu recebi já tinha voltado para o Brasil. Enviei e-mail para o Devin (supervisor) que me solicitou uma conta do fedex para reenvio das compras esquecidas, na verdade não entregues. Eu passei mas nunca foi enviado. Em julho fomos ao hotel pessoalmente solicitar nossa caixa. Claro que não estava lá. Fui informada que jogaram no LIXO as compras. Eu perguntei porque não foi devolvido para o local que comprei. Dessa forma eu receberia meu dinheiro de volta. A responderá foi: É POLÍTICA DO HOTEL JOGAR FORA APÓS 3 MESES DE RECEBIMENTO. Deixo para a imaginação de cada leitor onde foram parar minhas compras....

Inesquecível experiência! Excelente localização, no centro da Ilha de Manhatan! A gentileza dos recepcionistas, que esforçavam-se em compreender nosso idioma, e nos informar sobre qualquer dúvida e ou informação. Tivemos, de nosso quarto, uma vista maravilhosa, com direito a despertar com muita neve, que se alongou por um dia inteiro. O Hotel é muito próximo a estação de ônibus e metrôs, e com muita facilidade nos deslocamos por todos os lugares que planejamos, inclusive algumas esticadas até Washington DC, pois o ônibus que contratamos passava a poucas quadras. Fomos caminhando para os musicais da Broadway, Museu de Cera, entre outros. Sem esquecer, do delicioso café, com direito a atendimento em português. (Abraços, Marina). Gostamos muito! Na próxima viagem para NY, é lá que nos hospedaremos novamente!

Location is great, and the night front desk staff was nice, but it ends there. Here are the following issues we ran into: 1. Our room had blood stain on the sheets that they didn't change for 24 hours despite our request. 2. The light on the wall was broken and very difficult to turn on. 3. The elevator was incredibly slow (literally took us 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs once!) My understanding is that this issue was fixed. 4. After being out and about, someone pooped into our toilet and did not flush. We came back into our room with something that we definitely did not leave there!Overall, I'd spend the extra 100-200/night and stay somewhere you'll feel a little better in. Especially if you want your Manhattan trip to be special. Would NOT stay here again.

Aunque el cuarto es pequeño y no tenía closet ni caja fuerte era acogedor! El personal del front desk no es muy amable y el personal de limpieza solo colocó toallas limpias y recogió las camas el piso nunca lo limpiaron mientras estuvimos allí 5 noches. El baño si estaba limpio siempre. En esa avenida hay mucho homeless es una pena. Los elevadores tenían problemas y muchas veces no funcionaban. El personal de la barra fueron muy amables.

WINNER- Excellent location, property, and stay!The property, the location, and the staff were simply excellent! We loved the contemporary design of the hotel and it was so well kept and clean!The location was perfect! Close enough for an easy 5-7 minute walk to Times Square but not so close that we couldn't get any sleep!The staff was so hospitable, kind, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel like VIPs- including my puppy, Luca! Super pet friendly! Special shout out to Briana at the front, Alvis, and the Morning Barista (didn't catch her name).I definitely plan to return!

This is a great boutique hotel in the Time Square district. It was clean and very stylish. Upon entering, you're greeted with an immaculate lobby decorated beautifully and the smell in the air - so good! Scented aromatherapy infuses the whole lobby in a light, subtle scent that's not overpowering, but clean and relaxing. A great first impression. The rooms are small (of course - it's NYC) but very clean and well-thought out in their use of space and design. The beds were very, very comfortable, the sheets and bedding were fresh, clean and more than ample and the hotel itself was very quiet at night, making for a great sleep. Only three things, which might influence whether or not I stay there again: 1) there was space in our room for a luggage rack or even two, but there were none provided - that would have been helpful as our bags were just lying on the floor, 2) the A/C unit was noisy whenever it would come on at night, so if that's something that bothers you, wear ear plugs and 3) the bathrooms were lovely and clean, but the space in our bathroom was under-utilized. There was more than enough room for a larger sink with counters (or even a table or cart with shelves) but the sink was very small with no additional counter space at all, and the only place where we could put our toiletry bags was the back of the toilet. Our friends who were travelling with us had a slightly larger counter area surrounding their sink, so make sure when you check in that you ask for a room with a sink that has some counter space on it. Other than that - a great stay for the price!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing beautiful and comfortable lounge area both indoors and out. The bar is a comfortable area to get drinks and the grab and go area is very well stocked with espresso, drip coffee, alcohol, bottles of wine and snacks. There are only two elevators, so bring your patience as it may take a few minutes for one to become available. The rooms, bathrooms, and entire hotel is very clean and I love that they offered plant-based shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion in the bathroom. My two complaints are that the rooms are incredibly small (even for a city view room) and there is a lack of clothing storage. The small room was fine as we were out and about during the day and mainly used the room for sleeping. There was one small (~ 1 1/2' long) bar for hanging clothes with only two or three hangers and three hooks on the wall near the door. There is no dresser, no drawers, no place for clothing besides the window sill. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The area is near Times Square so there are a LOT of homeless/drug addicts around. We did see two different folks open using drugs on the street which may be a concern if you're a family of small children. Just be aware of your surroundings and no one bothers you.

Nos alojamos 3 personas en una habitación con alojamiento y desayuno el primer día que bajamos a desayunar nos dijeron que sólo era desayuno para dos personas así que nos cargaron en la tarjeta el desayuno de una persona lo reclamamos y efectivamente teníamos razón pero en la tarjeta aún sigue el cargo y han pasado ya 11 días la recepcionista que nos atendió debería de ponerse un poco las pilas

Los de la cafetería son muy simpáticos y te ayudan a que la estancia sea perfecta,muy buena ubicacion

My friends and I stayed here in February! Very, very nice hotel! Maybe 3-5 minutes walking distance from Penn Station, 10-15 minutes to Times Square and Koreatown. Locked entry into the hotel after certain hours. The rooms were actually quite big for NYC. The lobby was beautiful with various seating areas and outside seating area. It was still too early to check-in so they watched our bags for us while we were out and about. I love how they made our beds and gave us new towels every day without us asking as well as how the TV was personalized when we checked in with my name! I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything about my stay at voco Times Square South New York went incredibly smooth. The second I walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The beverage/snack stand located in the lobby was convenient and fully stocked, the common areas were comfortable and the amenities were fantastic. My girlfriend and I stayed one night and even with incredibly hot summer heat outside, we were always welcomed back to the hotel with comfortable temperatures both in the lobby and the room. Even with the hot temps. we never felt the need for transportation of any kind, as its location was right by awesome food spots, retail stores and our favorite spot in the city, The High Line. I would highly recommend staying here whether it is for one day or a few, as I will definitely be returning back!

We stayed for a few days, everything was beautiful. The hotel had a trendy modern design, the common spaces were very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were very clean - great hotel bed (with 4 pillows!) and a casting feature on the TV. We were greeted by Jasmine at the front desk who really helped us find everything we needed. Great customer service and great atmosphere!

The customer service (for the most part) tried to be as helpful as possible. The sink in my room wouldn't drain - needed to call maintenance two of four nights to fix. One night, there was extreme noise happening on the floor above me. Big meeting next day - didn't sleep. I called to complain, didn't get anywhere. The rooms are small (it is NYC though so that is mostly expected). It was clean and the main floor atmosphere looks fun with bar and extra area to lounge. Probably wouldn't stay there again but it was decent (overall) considering the price. Parking is a couple of avenues from the actual hotel. Wish this was posted some where on their website.

Las camas son cómodas y la habitación acogedora todo reformado parece nuevo. Larry, en la recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo.

Un servicio pésimo, en 4 días de estancia no han pasado ni a por las toallas usadas por la habitación, poníamos el cartel de por favor haced la habitación y volvíamos y le habían dado la vuelta a no molestar. Desde el miércoles hasta el domingo ni un solo día han hecho la habitación, incluso avisando de que por favor la hiciese.Dijeron que iban a hablar con la manager y que nos iban a compensar de alguna manera, nunca hubo compensación.Los desayunos buenos, pero tenéis que ir con muuucho tiempo y paciencia 40 minutos o más para unas tostadas con huevo frito y aguacate.Tuve que bajar a recepción a por enseres básicos toallas, papel higiénico .. porque después de avisar a recepción no venía nadie, esperamos 1 h .Muy poco recomendable, lo único bueno la ubicación.

excelente hotel, cama confortável, chuveiro top, tudo muito bom, porem o check in e feito so 4 hrs da tarde, podia ser bem mais cedo, seria bem melhor, chega toma um banho, deixa a mala e ir trabalhar ou passear, de resto muito bommmmm

Não vale o preço cobrado , compreipela booking.com nas fotos que apresentama única coisaque e de vdd e o quartode22m , o restante que consta nas fotos e tudo mentira e enganação,não temárealivre , solar, restaurante,café da manhã,nada disso , arrumaçãonos quartos somente a cada três dias . Únicacoisa boa é a localização.Mas como já dissenão vale o preço cobrado.

No encontraban nuestra reserva x lo q tuvimos q ir a otro hotel de la cadena cercano , alli tmp , volvimos de nuevo, a los 30' x fin nos confirman q es ahì. No arreglan la habitacion hasta los 3 dias. El desayuno ya contrarado tiene q ser huevos revueltos ..no habia croisant ni tostadas, no podian ponermela leche caliente...tuve q desayunar en otro sitio aun teniendolo pagado. Muy mala experiencia. El servicio muy amable.

Limpio, lindo, el tamaño estaba perfecto. El personal del hotel fueron demasiado amables y serviciales, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos y respondían cada vez que los llamábamos. Lo único que les cambiaría es que 1. El nombre es un poco 'misleading' (crees que vas a estar EN Times Square o inmediatamente cerca, pero estás a 9 calles. 2. Esto tal vez sea más propio de la app, pero nosotros los encontramos en Hopper y decía que incluían parqueadero lo cual NO es cierto. Fuera de eso una agradable experiencia, el baño espacioso, teníamos una increíble vista en la habitación 26. Todo esto hizo parte de una gran experiencia en NYC!
