“We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was on the 21st floor, and while small, we didn't expect anything bigger... It's New York City after all. Yes, we've had larger bathrooms at other hotels in Manhattan, but this one was acceptable. The toilet did run a few times, had to jiggle the handle, but that would be our only complaint. The staff around the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again when we want to be in the West Village part of town.”

“The location is great and the staff is kind and responsive. Sadly, the room was gross. Our towels were dirty, the place was covered in dust, and the shower drain was clogged. The room had numerous broken fixtures, and just needed more attention to detail. The shower water pressure is great though, and the bed is comfortable.”
