O hotel é muito bom valor ao dinheiro. O local é muito bem conectado tanto de metrô quanto de ônibus, e o bairro é muito pitoresco. Os quartos são muito limpos e as camas são confortáveis. Talvez haja um pouco de barulho durante a noite devido ao trem que passa muito perto, mas nada que não pode ficar. A atenção na recepção foi excepcional, eles nos deram todas as informações que precisamos muito gentilmente.

Ruim. O Hotel esta em uma ponta da Chinatown (nao confundir com a Broadway da Time Square). Embora casa de banho grande, pouca agua no chuveiro. Boa toalha mas precisando pedir até um sabonete. Quarto com carpete velho e sem muita comodida para malas e com barulho da linha do trem simplesmente ensurdecedor a cada 2 minutos dia e noite. Cama macia e confortavel . Localizaçao nao tao proximo a metro para duas senhoras , tendo que fazer baldeaçoes. Taxi até a Broadway na Times Square por exemplo , ficaria carissimo. O Hotel tem a disposiçao café em pó e leite em pó. Agua fervente a vontade (Kkkk), maquina com sucos para comprar. Aceita pagamento em dinheiro adiantado.

Um ótimo lugar para ficar em Manhattan, se você estiver na cidade. Visitamos a semana de Natal e ficamos satisfeitos com este lugar. A equipe foi muito útil e gentil e fomos capazes de verificar em nosso quarto mais cedo. O quarto era agradável e confortável e maior que o esperado. Havia café nas máquinas loby e de venda automática que não eram muito caras, como hotéis normais. A vista de Chinatown era agradável e os restaurantes nas proximidades eram todos baratos e deliciosos. Voltaremos novamente. Obrigado a todos os funcionários por cuidar de nossa família.

Hotel muito bom. Os quartos são quase todos limpos. As camas onde bom! E até arrumam a cama todas as manhãs. O banheiro era ótimo e eu amei o banho. A única coisa que pode ser irritante é o metrô passando. Isso faz algum barulho e se você tem sono leve, isso pode mantê-lo acordado. No entanto, dormi muito bem. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria este hotel se você não quiser gastar muito. A localização é ótima, mas as pessoas que não estão familiarizadas com China Town podem ficar um pouco chocadas com sua cultura.Em suma, ótimo hotel!

Cumpre ao.que se propõe.Limpeza ok. Funcionários ok. Só vale a observação,paredes finas. Ouve -se barulho dos quartos vizinhos.Nada que um bom fone de ouvido não resolva.

Estuvimos el año pasado (2019) casi dos semanas. El hotel es bueno, las habitaciones eran grandes con camas muy cómodas y el staff era muy agradable y servicial. Tenían dos zonas (que viéramos) para poder preparar tu desayuno o cena. Estaba en una zona muy bien comunicada (metro East Broadway, línea F naranja). Buena relación calidad-precio. Al lado del puente de Manhattan y en una calle con muchos comercios (aunque olor un poco desagradable por las mañanas). Recomendadisimo.

gran descubrimiento de este hotel en el centro del barrio chino de Manhattan, si lo reservas con unos meses de antelación te sale muy bien de precio, camas súper cómodas y grandes, nostros éramos una família de 4 y estuvimos muy anchos en las camas dobles. Justo al lado del tren pero casi ni se oye el ruido ya que llegas por la noche tan cansado que caes frito en la cama. Paradas del bus y del metro bastante cerca. Personal de recepción muy amables. El único punto negativo es que no hay restaurante para desayunar, pero tienes tiendas en todo el barrio para ir a comprar desayuno a muy buen precio. En la 1a planta del hotel hay un espacio muy cómodo y amplio con sofás y una máquina de té i cafés gratis. Algunos días nos trajimos unas pizzas que pillamos antes de llegar al hotel y nos las comimos allí. Faltaría un armario o estantería para la ropa en la habitación.. El primer día el barrio te choca un poco porque no estamos acostumbrados a la cultura china, el segundo día ya ni notas los olores i te encanta el barrio.

Este hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Manhattan. Situado en pleno barrio chino, con paradas de metro muy cercanas y cafeterías chinas para desayunar, también en los alrededores y a muy buen precio. Tras esta estadía, ahora miro al barrio chino conotros ojos, pues está cerca de la zona de wall street y te ofrece multitud de servicios y restaurantes. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are mostly clean. The beds where nice! And they even make the bed every morning. The bathroom was great and I loved the bath. The only thing that might be annoying is the metro going by. This makes some noice and if you are a light sleeper this might keep you up. However I slept just fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel it you don't wanna spend too much. The location is fine, however people who are not familiar with China Town might get a tiny bit of a culture shock.In short great hotel!

A great place to stay in Manhattan if you are ever in town. We visited the week of Christmas and we were pleased with this place. The staff was very helpful and kind and we were able to check into our room early. The room was nice and comfortable and larger than expected. There was coffee in the loby and vending machines that weren't over priced like normal hotels. The view of Chinatown was nice and the restaurants nearby were all inexpensive and delicious. We will be back again. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of our family.

My family stayed here when they came to visit. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from the closest subway station. The hotel is located right beside a subway rail bridge so this place is NOT good if you have light sleepers. In the room where my family stayed had 2 AC units, 2 beds, a bathroom, desk, chair, and small TV. On the fourth floor is an ice machine and sink as well as common area. You are around quite a lot of restaurants and bakeries in Chinatown. The staff do come clean and tidy your room everyday, my family didn't see a "Do Not Disturb" tag. The hotel staff are really nice and the hotel hallways were pretty quiet. Walls are okay in terms of soundproofing. Great for the price and my family would stay again but probably request to stay farther from the train bridge, if possible.

Hotel muy correcto. Con camas muy cómodas, habitaciones grandes para lo que hay en la ciudad. Baño muy limpio y el servicio bastante bueno.En las plantas 2 (te y café gratis) y 4 (hielo gratis) hay sitios para poder desayunar/ comer / cenar.Además la ubicacion es muy buena (a 7 min del meteo). Muy seguro. Por la noche lo único que podíaasustarte es un par de ratas que daban su paseo nocturno (como en el resto de la ciudad) y algún que otro olor (no muy agradable).

Clean room and bathroom... The shower pressure is weak but does the job.The room I got was the single bed which has a full size bed and space for all your luggage.There is no closet but there is a shelf that includes hangers for your clothes. The bathroom is full size.Air conditioned as well.Friendly staff including housekeeping. I would book again!

This hotel was great for the experience. It's not dirty but it is also not the Ritz. For the price and the location it was definately worth it. The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel has everything you need from a printer to an ice machine.

Es un hotel sólo para dormir y descansar. No tiene piscina,ni nevera,ni microonda. Pero no lo necesite porque llegaba tan cansada que lo único que necitabaneera una buena cama y una buena ducha y eso lo tenía este hotel. Muy buen servicio. Tienen el servicio de llamarte un taxi para el aeropuerto que para mí que no sé manejarme en la transportacion eso me dio mucha tranquilidad. El tren pasa cerca pero no me molesto el ruido. Muy limpio el cuarto.

The staff was friendly and the room with two double beds was roomy compared to other hotels in the area. The price was affordable and we ended up getting the last room.vLocation is right next to the train but we managed to have a quiet night. My complaints were overlooking garbage cans that were overflowing and the carpets in the room looked dirty.The beds were clean and comfortable. White sheets and linen helped.

Yo me aloje del 30/03/19 al 06/04/19 y estoy muy conforme con el hotel. Muy cómodas las camas, muy limpio todo y a pesar de tener el metro muy cerca de las habitaciones las ventanas tienen doble vidrio, lo cual las aisla del ruido. Buena calefacción, las duchas y el agua caliente funcionaron perfectamente.

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The location is amazing! It's in the heart of Chinatown and it's so much fun to walk the neighborhood. The train runs right outside, but the noise reduced to a low rumble like a strong forced air system. If you are from a rural area that is really quiet at night it might bother you.

El hotel es muy bueno en relación calidad-precio. El lugar está muy bien comunicado tanto en metro como en autobús, y el barrio es muy pintoresco. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y las camas son cómodas. Quizás hay un poco de ruido por la noche debido al tren que pasa muy cerca, pero nada que no se pueda soportar. La atención en la recepción fue excepcional, nos dieron toda la información que necesitamos de forma muy amable.

Ubicado en Chinatown, el hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Lo recomendaría más que nada para personas que se la pasan todo el día visitando lugares y a la noche prefieren descansar bien. El barrio es tranquilo de noche y las habitaciones insonorizadas, lo que garantiza un descanso pleno.

Excellent stay. I was concerned that the railway right next to the hotel would be too loud, but the room had two windows with space in between to block out noise so it didn't bother us at all. The room was clean and simple but had everything we needed. There was also a vending machine with a good selection of snacks. The corridors were very quiet at night and was very close to the subway station.

Hotel is very clean, you can tell that they put a lot of attention into making it a good stay for their guests. When we checked in to the front desk they even called someone from maintenance to take us up to our rooms on a service elevator because another family was going down using the main one. The cleaning staff handles everything quick and are nice to interact with. It would be a hard sell to get me to stay anywhere else now after having such a great first time here.
