Pontos negativos: Não está dentro da cidade amuralhada e a rua não é bonita como as tradicionais de Cartagena, porém é bem perto da entrada do relógio e é um lugar seguro. Pelo valor da diária em comparação a outros com estrutura do la artilleria, valeu a estadia neste local mesmo não estando no melhor ponto da cidade. Outro fator foi a inexperiência do rapaz da recepção,ele era um pouco lento e confuso(parece que estava aprendendo).Pontos positivos: Café da manhã:Todos os comentários que li antes de viajar falavam do café da manhã dos hoteis, dizendo que eram ruins e tal, o que percebi é que a tradição deles é diferente da nossa. Nao tem banquete, mas achei que possuem o suficiente para comer bem e começar um lindo dia de passeio. Eles tem frutas, ovos, misto quente, sucos naturais, leite e café, e alguns outros. Quarto: Um pouco pequeno(semmuita opção de guardar as coisas(deixamos na mala), mas nada que atrapalhasse. limpo, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente (silencioso), chuveiro e cama bons. Piscina: Limpa e muito gostosa p ficar no final do dia. O horário definido é até as19,mas eles sempre deixavam entrar mais tarde. Estrutura em geral muito boa. Recomendo

Acomodações ótimas. O ponto negativo é o café da manhã, com atendimento ruim e racionamento da comida. O restante vale a pena. Ótima localização!

Hotel confortável e simples, com boa localização estando há 5 minutos a pé da cidade amuralhada. Café da manhã. Possui piscina e lounge. Limpeza diária de quartos. Bom custo-benefício.

Mi reserva fue realizada desde Booking.com con más de 15 días de anticipación , fue muy difícil la comunicación y la persona que contesta, es muy tosco para hablar, poco gentil , adicional a esto, momentos antes de tomar mi vuelo para llamar un Plan turístico a mi llegada me dicen que si me habían llamado Para notificarmeque estaban en remodelación que debía ir a otro hotel, realmente no le veo problema a esto , Pero mi molestia fue el echo de no avisar com tiempo para preguntar si estaba de acuerdo o no !!!!

camas boas, tem piscina, boa localização, limpeza boa, atendimento ok. o chuveiro é estranho (só tem uma torneira, ou fica muito frio ou fica muito quente e forte), o café da manhã é razoável, mas as mulheres que o fazem são muito gentis. wi-fi péssimo, não pega no quarto e às vezes não funciona. ficamos num quarto dos fundos com uma mini varanda, mas fica em cima da cozinha e o cheiro de fritura não permite deixar a porta aberta.

Excelente atención. Muy limpio, ordenado y cálido. Todas las comodidades. La piscina muy bella. Muy bien ubicado, enclavado en el centro del ambiente nocturno en Getsemaní. A pasos de todo.

nice rooms if you are not on the 1st level. can get loud in the morning from breakfast. nice pool area. Breakfast is good. The neighborhood is great

It has very bad service. They don't help enough to book outside experiences. Don't have much tv channels as the guide that is in the room says. They have no knowledge nor help in any way to make the stay better. Also the person in the front desk should have told us since we made reservation for an activity that there wasn't any availability. Plus the rooms do not look like the ones on the booking websites, it is totally different and very little spaces. Plus they don't even have hand soap in the bathrooms, you have to use the body soap instead and there is just one. I don't recommend this stay at least not for this amount of money. Dont pay this much for this terrible service. I bet you can find equal price for better service.

Great little hotel! My wife and I stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect! The rooms were extremely clean, and although quite small, they were very efficient. For an extra fee, you can get a bigger room, but we usually don’t spend much time on the hotel so we went with the cheapest option. Which leads me to my next point; price. This was one of the cheapest hotels we found with great reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Service was amazing, and the hotel has a tiny pool on the terrace which is great for cooling off after a day of walking around the city, or just get some sun, since the only “nice” beaches are in the newer part of the city, which is flooded with tourists and lots of people and large buildings. This hotel is pretty much in between the barrios of Getsemani and Calamari (I think that’s what it’s called) and you can walk EVERYWHERE. In literally 10 minute walking radius from the hotel you have all that anyone could want; beautiful neighborhoods, great food, good parties, points of interest, etc. we were there 4 days and never left the walled city (except for a bus tour) and still wish we had more time to take it all in. Can’t say how happy we were with our hotel choice! Highly recommend it!

Good value. Nice breakfast and coffee. Just outside the walled city, but fun town square with entertainers at nice. Roads with umbrellas. Some pretty narrow roads.

Bonito hotel en la zona de Getsemani. Esmerada y amorosa atención del personal.Las chicas de la cocina,un amor!! Bien decorado.. con hermoso patio/desayunador. Pileta y solarium... Todo con muho gusto!!Muy cerca de todo. Quiero destacar q el barrio es precioso. Había leído comentarios acerca de q era oscuro e inseguro NADA Q VER Un hotel para recomendar!!

Such a little great hotel. It is very close to the wall and walkable distance to everywhere. The room was a bit small but we managed. The breakfast is included with the stay and it was really good. The staff of the hotel are the one who made the stay very comfortable.

I had a terrible experience booking this hotel. I booked on a platform back in November, under the assumption that it was non-refundable. This hotel waited over 4 months to charge my card and then canceled without notifying me that the charge had not gone through, THE DAY BEFORE I ARRIVE. And then when I tried to reach out to understand what had happened, they hung up on me and blocked my phone calls thereafter. First of all, if you are going to position it as a non-refundable booking, don't sit on your butts for 4 months to conduct the transaction. Secondly, if the charge isn't going through, do the right thing by the client to see if there is a solution. Don't just cancel without notice. Finally, if a client is trying to reach you to find a solution, don't hang up and block calls. Totally unprofessional. If they are like this without guests coming on the property, I wonder what they are like once guests arrive. I gladly took my business elsewhere.

Excelente atención. La ubicación es muy cercana a la ciudad amurallada. El barrio es seguro de día y de noche. La piscina es pequeña, pero muy limpia y agradable.

Muy buen precio, habitaciones muy lindas u limpias. El baño se quedó un poco pequeño y la piscina también. No está ubicado en la mejor parte de la ciudad, así que es recomendable evitar caminar cerca del hotel sobretodo en las noches. Siempre entrar y salir de la calle en taxi/carro. La calle se llama en realidad Calle de Magdalena. La vista no es la mejor como pueden ver.

Cannot ask more for the price. 13 minutes walking distance from the touristic area, which is good for people who wants to have an idea of the real life, but it can be an issue for people who don’t like to walk in the heat.It’s next to the best pizza in town, Beer and Laundry, so don’t worry if you read that your hotel’s restaurant is only able to provide breakfast.If you are European, you won’t mind the size of the rooms. Its all about perspective.
