O hotel é muito bom. As camas são grandes e confortáveis e o quarto isola bem os barulhos da cidade. A equipe é sempre solicita e todos os serviços são bem executados. O buffet de café da manhã é bem variado com opções fitness e sem glúten. Eles ainda guardam as malas para os viajantes que vão passar uma noite em Machu Picchu e voltam depois para o hotel. Fica a uns 10min andando da Plaza Mayor onde estão os principais pontos turísticos.

Hotel com ótima estrutura de quarto e banheiro. Profissionais muito bem treinados, principalmente na recepção. Ajudaram com as malas na chegada e saída (deixamos parte delas no hotel para passar uma noite em Águas Calientes). Ficamos com um ótimo quarto com vista para a cidade. A funcionária do guichê de informações foi ótima, prestou toda a informação necessária pra visitar Machu Picchu. Café da manhã completo, o melhor do período que estivemos no Peru.

How the hotel is ran and staff is really good, they will definitely go above and beyond for the guests to feel comfortable and assisted. - Although, after returning to Cusco from MP we stayed in an Airbnb instead for 1/3 of the nightly price of Sonesta hotel. After that I didn’t feel the price to value was good for our stay.For two nights it was $135 USD total - the hotel isn’t nice enough for this standard pricing and I’ve stayed in many many places in Peru for the month we were there.I found that the Airbnb we stayed in was of much higher cleanliness and modern standards that it made our time at Sonesta hotel feel more like an overnight motel with a classy staff. Their nightly price was $25 and had wayyy higher standards than this hotel.The rooms are definitely not as nice as in person, the rooms they display must be their suites but even then, in reality I can’t imagine how much nicer they were than the room we got. Don’t be fooled. The carpets are super murky and felt dirty, the shower tubs have a bunch of paint chips and the shower design doesn’t make sense, so when you showeredwater poured out on the bathroom floor.The hotel breakfast is also not included in the stays, it is $16 USD/ per person. If it was included I would have felt price to value was closer to fair but unfortunately that was not the case. For the price they charge they should include that for the guests in comparison to quality of other stays in Cusco.All in all, I would recommend looking at Airbnb’s in Cusco before booking a hotel stay here. The Airbnb we got was impeccably clean, modern, larger room, nicer shower, and a third the cost of this hotel. I would recommend they upgrade the flooring and showers and include breakfast because personally for the price it felt like any old hotel but the staff were super classy. Price to value is just not there.

Muy buena atención, todos las personas atentas y serviciales.La habitación muy amplia, la cama super cómoda, toallas limpias y la limpieza de la habitación también.Tiene servicio de atención a la habitación y además tiene un restaurante en el mismo hotel. La comida muy agradable y los precios no son altos.

I usually don’t write reviews but i do travel a lot and coming across such a hotel with friendly staff to amazing rooms and a delicious scrumptious healthy breakfast (live omelets and ceviche!) is very rare. This is more than my expectations and the staff go above and beyond to make customers happy and provide assistance for anything. And to top it all the rates are very economical.

What a great find! Just spent three nights here with my brother. The staff is the real reason for 5 stars, they are incredible. Kind, accommodating, quick to help with anything at all, and very Covid-safety conscience. We were craving an American style grilled cheese sandwich one night, called downstairs and asked if they had one on the menu (they don’t)—but the staff looked up how to make it! It was delicious! The staff even let us come hang out in the lobby a few days after checking out when we were back in Cusco waiting for a flight. Just all around great service. Plus the hotel is really close to the historic district. So happy we found the Sonesta.

Amazing stay! The staff do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. They packed my breakfast at 3 am since I had to head out at 4am. And the location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here when I visit Cusco again.

Fui enviada para o sonesta cusco por causa de um voo cancelado da latam. Me foi informado no aeroporto que a acomodação abrangia ceia, café da manhã e almoço, onde eu poderia ficar até o horário do voo remarcado (18 horas do dia seguinte) já que estava com pessoa adoentada. Chegando no hotel fui atendida pela recepcionista rosana que negou as informações e recusou-se a contatar a latam me dizendo que deveria deixar o hotel às 10 horas. Expliquei o que a latam havia me passado e a recepcionista foi arrogante ao afirmar que o check out era as 10 horas. Tudo isso às 23 horas, depois de horas no aeroporto em função do cancelamento do voo. Em decorrência do péssimo atendimento, este hotel somente deve ter clientes em razão dos cancelamentos de voo que a latam envia.

Our stay here during the Covid 19 crisis was as good as could be expected. The service was tremendous throughout, even during the unexpectedly long stay. We hope to come back one day in better times! Stay safe all!

This is a beautiful hotel. The entire staff was very friendly. Many spoke English, especially at the check in counter. The breakfast buffet was awesome. What a spread! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel. The place, the people, the food. 10/10. I am recommending this hotel to ANYONE who tells me they are going to Cusco. We just completed a swiss trip. The staff are so friendly, Switzerland should be ashamed.Swiss could learn customer service from Peru. Wooooow~
