We stayed at Waters Edge during Sumfest. From the moment we pulled up until the moment we pulled out, we were treated like members of the family. Everyone is very attentive and eager to help. The time was hot hot hot. When we arrived, we were offered glasses of fresh, well-cold sweet coconut water to cool us down. Peter was even joyful when we called him at 1:30 in the morning to open the gate (thanks Peter!) The room was clean clean clean, AC was nice and cold, great WI-FI, lots of cable channels, the bed: oh so comfy after being out all night listening to music and what a view to wake up to! There's also a fridge in the lobby with a fabulous assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale for your convenience. Although I've been visiting and living in Jamaica for 40 years, I've never stayed in Montego Bay. I will definitely come back and stay at Waters Edge!

I had my wedding and reception here, my wedding was absolutely beautiful until the reception which we confirmed beforehand that we could go until 1am which they said ok because there was only 1 other guest there that night, just to have Peter the owner tell our DJ at 10pm to turn off the music, with no warning and ask all of our 85 guests to leave! We were booked to stay the night but because of the abrupt end we were forced to drive some of our guests to thier hotels only to arrive back to a locked gate. After phoning repeatedly for about an hour he finally came down and opened the gate. There was also quite a bit of Garbage on the front garden, that they said would be gone before the wedding as we wanted to take our photos there, but it was all still there the day of the wedding, but me managed to start cleaning it up very loudly the next morning at 6am. I think the establishment is absolutely beautiful but I would not recommend using this venue or even staying here, Peter nor his little girl of a girlfriend have any customer service skills or manners, They were great until the recived payment.

We really enjoyed our stay! Mr.Peter and Jay treated my sister and I like we were apart of their famly. The room was clean and spacious. The view was breathtaking laying in bed looking out to the ocean. Everyone was so nice and caring to us. I look forward to returning again. Job well done Mr. Peter and Jay!!! We felt safe and secure on the property and off. Thank you for loving us.

This place is very beautiful and well kept. I recommend to anyone that's on their grown and sexy.
