“O quarto é o café da manhã são bons.A localização é muito boa.O serviço da recepção ficou a desejar. O check-in é 12h, mas o estacionamento só pode ser usado às 13h. Se você entrar na hora do check-in tem que pagar uma diária a mais para ficar de 12 às 13h. Não faz o menor sentido. Deve ser uma maneira de cobrar uma diária a mais do hóspede.Meu quarto ficou com apenas uma toalha, pedi a recepção mais uma toalha de banho duas vezes e não fui atendido. Tivemos que usar a mesma toalha.”

“It does not have maintenance and the receptionist are all rude. My room had the sink broken, the door making noise, the TV with wire exposed, the bathroom did not have soap courtesy. The restaurant had a leak in the roof. The mattress is too hard. The room does not have enough space. Does not have a good place to work. I think is too expensive for what is offering. Even the red flag Ibis is better than this one.”
