“We had a wonderful 5 night stay here! The staff were great from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was perfect for us (3 adults) and we all agreed it was the best nights sleep we had had in a while despite sharing with 2 other people! The whole hotel was very clean as well. Location was perfect too, a lot of the attractions are walkable (if you like a walk!) and everything else is easy to get to by subway. The only downside would be that the bar wasn’t open past breakfast but this is New York! You don’t have to walk far to find an alternative.”

“The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.”
