2) The stuff was exceptional , very polite and helpful.

1) Combs and threads and needles were not available in the room.
2) The interior design of the room looked old compared to a 5-star hotel—especially the wooden table and the color of the wood.
3) The breakfast hall was relatively small and you had to wait for the table to be empty during the busy time.”
